イル・ベイ・リゾート(Ile Bay Resort)

Stayed for 3 nights. No room service provided - room cleaning / sheets changing / water and other basic amenities re stocking . Food quality was excellent and service was good for room food orders. They charged us extra for late check out which we paid using a different Gpay account- Even after we requested at the time of checking in- late delay of information- just 40 mins prior check out time mentioned we have to pay 2000 rupees for late check out . Big hassle . will not recommend. You can pay extra and stay in good resorts .

Worst amd expensive lodge. No cleanliness and hygiene. No services at all. Food is at the worst. Even a industrial canteen is better. Pools not maintained at all and no cleaning. Service is zero. No lock inside the room. All insects, lizqrds in the room. Never ever go in this hotel. If they offer 2k for 1 night with stay and food, still dont go.

The worst stay I had. The owner is rude the staff is rude everyone is so rude in the hotel except the front office guy. The kitchen team is not hygienic the servers are not at all hygienic. Only the rooms are good and spacious rest everything else is bad. Please check other better hotels because if you have booked with make my trip then you will have to eat what they will decide you to eat also with a rude behaviour from the kitchen and the waiters on the side. The internet does not work in the room the fan does not work well neither the AC. The location is far from the main road thats an issue too. Think before you choose this hotel as the whole staff and the management is rude. I have stayed in three properties in the island and this is the worst out of three. May be the worst on the island.

High end hotel for Havelock, no wifi in the rooms, wake up call at 0810 (not pre booked) for breakfast. Pasta salad at Dinner wasnt pasta salad but pasta with vegetables in white sauce with cheese. Air con switched off at certain times, reception staff not welcoming. Kitchen staff/ front of house very good. Cleanliness excellent.

We stayed for two nights at Ile Bay Resort at Havelock. It's a newly built resort and not on beach side. So the budget was within our limit. I read some Google reviews and decided to book. But was sceptical about the stay. As soon as we reached the property, the first impression was wow. It's a very nice duplex challet type rooms. We got one at first floor. For my parents I requested one at ground floor and they arranged it instantly. Rooms are spacious,with a balcony.wash room is very spacious and neat and clean as well. Staffs are always ready to fulfill your needs. Food is okish but the hospitality surplus the taste. Only con is at evening you can't hang out as it's far from hustle bustle. Instead you can enjoy inside resort, by pool side or just sitting in balcony with your partner and having nice chitchat. Highly recommended for an enjoyable stay at Havelock

We booked it after checking almost every property of Havlock and had fingers crossed, as this property was for in budget so we were not expecting much. But then the story starts… the location is so quite and in the middle of nature. Spacious rooms, amazing staff and it made us to extend our trip for one more day.. we had fun, our requests for vegan food and khichadi, dietary requirement for our baby was fulfilled… We came from Scuba and breakfast hours were up, Vikram made sure to get breakfast served to us… SK and Sunny (staff members) were helpful and are always available to assist.. A must visit and best on pocket and vacation friendly.. Yeah, pool is amazing and huge…

I was skeptical when I was getting transferred in cab from jetty to hotel. But when I looked at the property it was an oasis in desert. Location could be slightly away from beach, but other features more than compensate that. The rooms are very very spacious, pool is awesome. Staff is highly professional and always ready to anticipate your need. It was good to see that even in a mid size property they were well coordinated via walky talky. The entire show is being ran by Vikram who is a great host and always eager to help.
