Villa Cisneros Resort & Spa

the structure presents itself excellently. We stayed for a week and didn't have a good time at all. The staff is unprofessional and very often annoyed by our requests. The kitchen is terrible and poorly stocked, in a week we were unable to eat beef because the owner didn't want to buy. Out of seven days they served us breakfast with recycled food for six days. Also staff entering the room without knocking violating my wife's privacy. Really terrible, I don't recommend it to my worst enemy

To begin with, the rooms are extremely underwhelming. Very old and bland decor. The room was extremely stuffy even with the AC on. Fridge is smack in the middle of the room for no reason at all. There was no WiFi, despite the fact that it was paid for. Extremely disturbing bathroom conditions with mold on the shower floors and very nasty surroundings. The entire area is dilapidated. Every structure has either mold or pealing paint. The pool looks like it hasn’t been turned on in a week. It’s green and murky. The food is terrible and very limited. I don’t understand why the receptionists cannot be reached in any other way except a long walk to the reception. The scenery is not bad but honestly the terrible surroundings destroy the aesthetic.
