5 stars Neil and Teresa are the perfect couple as hosts to their wonderful B&B. I could sing the virtues of them and their B&B until the cows come home and then we would end up with another War & Peace type novel , needless to say if you are coming to Southend and need accommodation then you need look no further than Suenos. Another lovely weekend break at the Suenos. Everything was lovely, from the warm welcome, beautiful room and delicious breakfast. Everything is beautifully presented, immaculately decorated and clean. Great location and we can’t wait to go back

Stayed for 2 nights. I would thoroughly recommend this Guesthouse. The room was spotless with good facilities. Comfortable and quiet. Lots of attention to detail. Lovely breakfast. Staff were helpful. Free parking behind the Guesthouse. Would definitely stay again.

We arrived early and we were warmly welcomed by our host. The place was warm and welcoming and we had a lovely first floor room. Although we didn't have anything from the mini bar the prices were very reasonable. We were asked to order breakfast the night before via text and book our time, lovely selection on offer and very tasty. A couple of different options locally for food, we recommend the Sunset Bar, a pleasant little Italian restaurant a few minutes away, the smell when we entered confirmed we had made a good choice. If we are ever in the area we will definitely be booking again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The best B&B we have stayed in. We love this place so much. Teresa and Neil are lovely, the rooms are glorious and the breakfasts are delicious. We stay here every time we visit the area. Would highly recommend.

This is such a beautiful piece to stay the host is so happy to help in anyway I would recommend this guest house to anyone and would recommend fish and tacos lovely food and looking over the sea views

Our room was fantastic, a Beautiful King size bed everything you could ask for was in the room, unfortunately we were only staying the one night, We were greeted as though we would were staying for a month. Teresa & Neil were the perfect hosts.

Fantastic location brilliant service and beautiful rooms. Stayed here for 2 nights neil and teresa were outstanding hosts . Everything you could think of was in our room . Breakfast was delicious, our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the sea

Teresa, the host, made us feel so welcome as we arrived at the Guesthouse, ensuring we know everything from where we are staying to the local area. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice with added extra snacks in the room. The breakfast was lovely, we truly thought this is the best B&B in Southend and would not hesitate to go back there.
