インスブルックのスパ付きホテル

9月20日にチェックインして、パノラマデラックスルームを3泊予約しました。 宿泊施設は、鉄道駅沿いの中心部にあり、エレベーターで直結した駐車場があります。この高層ビルの「抵抗」は、町と周辺の山々の素晴らしい景色を明らかにしています。12番目は朝食が提供されるラウンジ/レストランを収容するため、最上階の11.th階の1104号室に宿泊しました。不思議なことに、ホテルには伝統的な意味でロビーがありません。コンシェルジュ&レジカウンターは地下の小さな別々のオフィスで見つけることができます。客室へのエレベーターはガラスのドアを挟んだ小さなホールにあります。Brunecker Streetに直接開きます。部屋のキーカードで管理されているフロアへのアクセスセキュリティ、あなたはプロパティを入出ることができますし、駐車場はスタッフに連絡することなく、まったく。私たちの部屋は、かなり広く、美しく建築され、現代の都市スタイルで素敵な家具を整えたコーナー1でした。部屋のほとんどどの点(バスルームを含む)から、素晴らしいパノラマの追加の詳細を見つけることができました。部屋は快適で静かでした(近くには忙しい駅にもかかわらず)、朝食は良かったし、私たちは間違いなくインスブルックでここでとても良い時間を過ごしました。

The Alphotel Innsbruck is probably the worst hotel we've ever stayed at! But we had no choice since we were on a tour package and this was the hotel that Gate1 chose for our itinerary. We weren't the only tour members who did not have a good stay at this hotel. Our tour group had a long day and we were scheduled to arrive late so we were all pretty tired when we arrived. Unfortunately the room we were assigned to didn't even look or feel exceptionally clean and I'm surprised I didn't take photos of the room! Comparing posted photos of the rooms on TA our room looked much older and didn't even have a real chair, but only one of those small round ottomans. And that ottoman was dirty and stained, so we didn't want to sit on that! The bedspread had that ”ick” factor, so we removed it but at least the sheets were clean. Carpet looked grungy so we made sure to wear our slippers and not walk barefoot on it. Regret not taking pictures of the room now. We've stayed at hotels with older or ”tired” decor but they were at least neat and clean, but not at this hotel! Now the ”fun” part was our bathroom door. I was getting ready to take a shower and went into the bathroom, but wanted to use my own soap and toiletries, so I went out of the bathroom and my husband (who was standing in front of the bathroom, looking at the closet or something right across from the bathroom) shut the opaque glass bathroom door. I went back to the bathroom and tried to open the door and it was locked! It was one of those simple privacy type locks where there's usually a pinhole that you can usually press and it'll pop open. Unfortunately, there was no pinhole but a screw so I tried twisting the screw but the door remained locked. Husband tried but it kept turning and he didn't have any tools so he called the front desk and they sent the maintenance guy up. The maintenance guy looked at the door and tried twisting the screw with the same results and said he needed to go get his tools. He returned with his small toolbox and tried several screwdrivers, with no luck. Then he tried using a small drill to remove the screw and still couldn't get the door unlocked. Meanwhile, we were sitting on the bed and watching tv since there was nothing else we could do. I texted our friends who were also traveling in the tour group and assigned to the room right next door to let them know what was happening. And to apologize to them for the loud racket, as the maintenance guy went and got his large power drill and was basically removing the entire door knob and panel. So the guy had to destroy the whole door knob panel because the door lock screw or nut inside the panel was probably stripped and couldn't unlock or open the door; so if I was on the other side of the door I would have been stuck in the bathroom! 交通の場所: 場所は繁華街からは少し離れていますが、公園を挟んだ向かい側にありますが、悪くはありません。 北山ケーブルカーの 2 番目の駅の近く (真向かい) から主要鉄道駅行きのバスも運行しています (乗り換え不要)。 旧市街までは徒歩 16 分、国会議事堂までは 5 分です (拡張公園の外を歩きます)。 スワロフスキーに行きたい場合は、2 つ目の停留所からバスに乗ってください。隣には食料品、飲料、日用品（化粧品は不可）を購入できる手頃な価格の大型スーパーマーケットがあります。 部屋の設備：悪くない、十分な広さ。 防音性は平均的ですが（隣の部屋につながっていたためか、隣の部屋の子供の泣き声がかすかに聞こえます）、就寝時はうるさくありません。 冷暖房完備でとても快適です。 唯一の欠点は、トイレが水を流すときや手を洗うときに飛び散りやすいことです。シャワールームは半分しか曇りガラスで遮られていないため、冷蔵庫のミネラルウォーターは追加料金がかかります（通常）。歯ブラシはございませんのでご持参ください（衛生上、環境に配慮）。 フロントスタッフの対応は良く、荷物預かり（早朝到着、チェックアウト後）も可能で、英語でのコミュニケーションも問題ありません。 この滞在に非常に満足しており、友人にも勧めます

Room very basic but generally adequate. Plus points: God location, nice lobby area and staff were friendly. WiFi seemed ok for me. Negatives: far too warm overnight especially with the very heavy duvet which is the only bedding available, had to leave the window open even though it was -9 C outside, this meant it was very noisy. Not enough pillows, 1 very flat pillow makes for an uncomfortable night for people used to more. I kept migrating to the divot in between the two narrow single beds making up the double as the curve in the mattresses was very pronounced. Not the cleanest room. Little sound proofing inside and very noisy from adjacent rooms. Could hear the person above coughing / sneezing / walking around and even zipping their suitcase at 6am!

Insgesamt gab es nichts zu meckern, aber ”sehr gut” war es halt auch nicht. Wir hatten eine Wohnung im Gästehaus, die war groß genug und sauber, es hatte aber kein gehobenes Niveau. Der Service insgesamt professionell, in Nuancen aber natürlich von Person zu Person unterschiedlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage für eine Durchreise OK. Es gibt zwar eine Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Haus, wer aber Innsbruck direkt besuchen will, sollte sich vielleicht etwas direkter im Zentrum suchen. Das Schloss Ambras dagegen ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Absolutely outstanding experience all round - the room we got had a beautiful view of the river Inn and the Nordkette, the breakfast was very varied and delicious, and there are two spa areas, one in the basement and one on the top floor.

My husband and I stayed here recently with our dog. It was a very nice hotel and I wish I could have stayed longer. We had an amazing view of the town of Natters from our room. The breakfast was tasty. Parking was a breeze. The location was perfect for our visits into Innsbruck using the tram with a station down the street from the hotel. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant on our last night and it was delicious. Room service for dessert later that night was a fun treat, as well. We did not use the spa/wellness area which was the only regret as I'm sure it was a very relaxing space. I have already recommended the hotel and would stay again if visiting the Innsbruck area again in the future.
