Beautiful hotel at the seafront promenade, very helpful staff. Food was excellent in the hotel.  The concierge helped us with restaurant reservations outside and We even had a emergency medication delivered by him out of hours during ramadan 👌 Will definitely return 😍

Хороший отель, чистый бассейн, в номерах было очень чисто и комфортно, большой балкон) разнообразный завтрак, овощи, сладости. Рекомендую

The location was perfect, offering beautiful ocean views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff is good too. Overall, it’s a nice option for a quiet getaway by the sea.

Ist class service. Latifah at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and professional. El mahdi the concierge guy was amazing, very friendly and helped us with necessary information. The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites. Everything is new and just beautiful. Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice. WiFi was good without issues. The food was really tasty and had good varieties. Overall, i highly recommend as palais des roses gave me a very good experience. Staff are really amazing and friendly.

Professional, polite and very caring and willing to help. Need a taxi to get to the main promenade, or it’s about 45-60mins walk along the beach. Exceptionally clean! Great buffet breakfast Lots of seating, private and open Heated outdoor pool, but not warm enough Welcome and checkout was easy Housekeeping staff are AMAZING

Дорогие друзья! Никогда не ориентируйтесь на отзывы гостей об отеле..Я начиталась,и когда приехала сюда все выискивала то о чем писали. И не нашла ничего кроме может быть качества полотенец. Отель для своих 3 * просто супер.. Большая территория,много бассейнов..питание с множеством видов мяса,рыбы,овощей и фруктов.. Имеет свой пляж с лежаками. Всегда есть места.. Анимационная команда просто супер..развлекает целый день и вечером дискотека и представление в амфитеатре.. 2 раза приезжали коллективы нац музыки.. В 15 часов все дружно поют гимн Агадиру. Очень красивый. Территория у отеля оч красивая. Много баров. Правда с алкоголем крепким слегка ограничивают. Разные коктейли делают. В общем бронируйте отель не пожалеете. ホテルはとても良い場所にありますが、私たちは予約を見つけられず、より多くのお金とより少ないサービスで再び料金を請求することから始めました。 予約を見つけた後（コンピューター上ではなく、どこかに隠されているように見えます）、ホテル全体で最も腐った2部屋と最悪の部屋を提供してくれました。そこにたどり着くには、道を見つけるのに時間がかかった迷宮を通過する必要があります。ビューは、手入れの行き届いていない木があった裏庭にありました。 ポジティブなこと：スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでとても歓迎してくれました。とてもフレンドリーだったアセムラル氏であろうと、素晴らしい仕事をして輝かしい笑顔で作ったメイドさんであろうと。 滞在の最後にホテルの一部が改装されたことがわかりましたが、予約したとき、改装された部屋の写真を見ましたが、m ... このホテルを予約するのはこれが最後です。

The staff were friendly and helpful and were promt in keeping the hotel clean and new how to have a banter I would re book when I come again cheap and cheerful

The hotel location and food absolutely fab. Would recommend and come again. But unfortunately the bar was away from the restaurant even going for a cup of tea was hard. As i am a wheelchair user was hard. I went to reception to ask for a wheelchair i was sent to enquiries. Which only had 2 wheelchairs available in the 3 hotels. One was being used the second was available. The rim was on but the the wheel was off and no foot rest. Unfortunately for safety reasons i didn’t take it. For 7 days i had been waiting for it to be fixed but no. Then the option they gave me was hiring one which was costing far too much for a day!!!
