「Owell and the rest of the service team were excellent! Save for Lilia who didnt know to offer service water during breakfast and charged me with bottled water. ゲゲストThis hotel has some good points:
1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

フロントデスクと警備員の方々はとても親切で、部屋も快適でした。景色は見えず、隣の建物と壁一枚で遮られているだけです。しかし、6階にある部屋は清潔で、寝るにも滞在するにも快適な場所でした。送風機、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、テレビがあり、Wi-Fiの接続も良好でした。当初、温水シャワーが使えませんでした。原因が分からなかったため、メインスイッチをオンにしてもらうためにメンテナンス担当者に電話する必要がありました。キーカードもエレベーターで使えず、少し残念でした。上の階に行くたびにスタッフを呼ぶ必要がありました。
