Excellent food by chef Ejas best food offered here go for ala cart chief will take personal interest and customise the dishes too as per your needs his food has been exceptionally good even if u are staying somewhere else do try their mains it’s truly excellent

Well maintained rooms, nice room service and wonderful, tasty food. Must visit . Special mention Aijaz , very very humble and best chef met. He have some unique sweet dishes which nobody has tried yet with coconut

Bahut badiya khana tha, expect nahi Kiya tha , Srinagar mein itna achha Punjabi khana milegaa. My personal favourite isbRajma, Saag, Coconut burfi, Kaju Karela, ***go burfi. This chef Mr Aijaz is very good. A definite visit to this hotel. Strong recommendation

We booked a luxury suite in the new wing directly with the hotel. We paid 21k for 2 nights for a couple, with breakfast. Not worth it. The suite had no natural light coming into the bedroom area - gloomy and dark. Lights are required even in daytime. There was a window in the living area but the view outside was so bad that we kept it closed. The options at breakfast were limited. And the taste was poor. We encountered rains but the hotel had so few umbrellas - first come..... The bathroom was large and had a big bath tub - one positive aspect. However, there was no plumbing to the bathtub outlet - it emptied the water on the bathroom floor, flooding the bathroom. The staff at the front desk was not helpful or informative. Normal boating charges are around Rs 800 for an hour on the dal lake. We were told at the reception that the boating agents will ask rs 3k, u start negotiations from 1.8k. It is as if, we at the hotel have fleeced you, you are an easy mark, So let others too skim you! Another funny aspect was each time we left the hotel in a car, the security person at the gate would ask our room number. And on final check out, the guard at the gate called up the reception for confirmation (of what - that we have settled our bill!) before allowing us to go. Will certainly not recommend this hotel.

This hotel ia conveniently located just across the Dal Lake Ghat 10. The rooms are very aesthetically pleasing with nice rooms and beds, the staff are courteous, especially Sohail at the restaurant was very mindful of our choices and went out of the way to serve us.

We had booked Family Room for 3 nights at Grand Boulevard from May 10th to May 12th. While booking itself when we asked for further details and photos of the family room, it was not shared. To our dismay after we checked in we found that the room allocation was in the old block and not the new one. The room was poorly maintained. The doors are old and are worn out. The windows didn't have a locking system or proper latches. The flooring and carpets are hardly maintained. No provision to keep suitcases or luggages. The room provided inside the cupboards was minimal. The bathroom was very poorly maintained. There was no provision to even keep the bath towels. The latches were not proper. The stench was horrible and we felt that a public toilet would be better !!!... The staff at the reception (his name is Arif) was very rude and never paid heed to our concerns. There was not an effort made by Shahnawaz as well who was the person in-charge at the reception in the evening, to even see the room and try and do something about it. It was extremely poor customer service. Zero value for money !!! Overall, a horrible stay here and will never recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip, to this otherwise beautiful city of Srinagar.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Grand Boulevard. Fantastic location right opp the Dal Lake close to ***y cafes and restaurants. It is an exquisite, classy and elegant Hotel with an European design and layout. The warmth and friendliness of the Hotel Staff is visible right from the security at the entrance to the ever smiling and efficient Shanawaz at the front desk. The food and beverage staff at the restaurant are simply brilliant with each of them going out of their way to make you feel special and looked after. The quality of the food is ofcourse excellent. The breakfast had a good spread and the dinner menu was impressive. The rooms are beautiful and interiors are top notch. This is definitely the best hotel to stay in Srinagar in this category.

Brilliant food! Suhail’s service and Chef Danish’s food was simply outstanding. We requested no onion no garlic food, in Kashmir!! The Mix veg Pakoda, the Nadru Yakhni, Kashmiri Pulao the Paneer, all just left us wanting more. My god they blew us away. Fantastic food and great service :)

Some places are famous for food and some places are famous for good ambiance and here are complete pakage, Staff was very humble and cooperative specially Suhail Ahmed was very good person, You must come and stay here ,it was very nice hotel in Srinagar
