Premier Inn Bury St Edmunds Town Centre

Lovely hotel in a perfect setting within walking distance to the town centre and Abbey Gardens. Nice and quiet. Good parking and good breakfast.

Arrived very wet and muddy after a gravel ride in horrendous conditions. Staff looked after us superbly , fetching blue roll to clean off mud. Breakfast was superb. Great location too .

We chose this hotel because of it's central location in Bury and the free parking (not always found in town centre hotels). The standard room was spacious and the bathroom bright and clean - a bathtub is important! The staff were all welcoming and caring. My gluten free requirements were catered for. We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay and will return in due course. Certainly the best Premier Inn we in which we have stayed.

It’s the nicest Premier Inn I have stayed in; I normally stay in a Premier Inn when I visit the UK as the quality is consistent . The hotel is centrally located with plenty of parking. All the staff were lovely but I have to single out Molly from the night staff team. She is such a lovely person who has excellent people skills a real asset to any company. The room was spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable; shower was excellent. Breakfast was very good. I would strongly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Good location, plenty of parking. Room clean, tidy and comfortable. Bar area is functional, but lacking in atmosphere.

I felt cared for by Vicki , Ian and the manager. They gave me what I needed iron presser, board and late check out

Well done Premier Inn a fantastic overnight stay. Easy to find with free parking so you can explore before check in at 3pm. The room was large and spotless . We were on the front of the hotel in room 110 and there was no traffic noise at all . Breakfast was good and the service throughout exceptional.

Standard Premier Inn experience in a great location with ample parking, we had a generously sized and very quiet room (slept in very late without realising first night!). Staff are nice and cheerful and the location is simply excellent, 5 mins into the main part of town and most of the walk is through the Cathedral grounds so is very pleasant. Thoroughly recommend.
