The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. After we reported the issue, they responded promptly and arranged for a replacement, which we appreciate. However, it was still quite disappointing that this happened in the first place. As guests, especially traveling with family, cleanliness is very important to us. We hope the hotel can strengthen its housekeeping standards and quality checks to prevent similar situations in the future.

Foreigners welcome here. Wi-Fi and wired Internet both good as each room has its own router. Quiet and dark in the morning so good for late sleepers although these rooms facing south instead of north are more expensive.

Foreigners welcome here. Good Wi-Fi. Very good value. Only problems some street noise in the morning and just cool white bulbs (a warm yellow desk or nightstand lamp would be nice).
