Pros: Location is top notch, right in city centre and close to bars and restaurants. Room is clean and shower water is good. Roof terrace offers good view. Cons: Have to access the hotel from another connected hotel round the corner. There should be signs to direct people as the first day I arrived to find the hotel main entrance locked with no signs or staff around. Also waited half an hour for check in around midnight as there was some issue with the computer system. no kettle inside room and no mini fridge. Fruits provided at mini bar beside reception were often rotten.

The room is big and comfortable. Except the door are a bit tight that creat noise when opening. Hotel is very near to the bus stop, so easy to travel around. However, it is not very near to train station, suggest to take taxi if with big luggage. Happy with the stay..

This was the best place in all my travels in Spain. From the moment I step in, I was helped and treated exceptionally. The only thing that trip.com has to update is the check in situation; the receptionist explained me it is sent by phone or other via but since it was done through a third party; they could not send me directly the info to do my check in. I was super lucky; she was in when I got there, she was kind and helped me do the check in. I didn’t get a chance to say bye and thank her for all her help.
