ゲゲストAn excellent two-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean, modern and well-heated for the winter. It was a welcoming place to return to after a long day. However the location is slightly away from the center and bus stop (I am sure you can ask them to pick you up for free). But if you don’t mind walking like I do, you will appreciate this place for its general space and vicinity.
The reception is happy to provide you with a thermos and the pitcher for you to 泼水成冰。 there is no need to pay for this beautiful experience. I did it 7 times on my own 🤣.

NNatty TengThe room was very comfortable and clean and comfortable. Front desk very helpful and friendly (all of them). Breakfast was very nice and yummy. I booked private driver via hotel too, she is very nice and helpful for us. She help to took photos and explain about Mohe. My husband very enjoy the song on night. We will definitely back again !!

ゲゲストThe place was well-decorated and clean. The resident nine-year-old cat was as adorable as he was friendly. The manager put my friend and I in touch with Driver Jin, who did a great job showing us around. Whenever we wanted to go somewhere off the beaten path, be it hiking or old villages, he had great recommendations and was very patient while we explored. This was a fantastic way to enjoy the Golden Week without the crowds and with cooler temperatures.

MM572449****Our stay at this hotel in the Arctic Village was truly memorable, thanks to the thoughtful service and comfortable accommodations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of.
The room was cozy and well-equipped, but what stood out most was the humidifier. During the harsh winter, the air can get extremely dry, and having the humidifier in our room made a noticeable difference. It helped us sleep better and feel more comfortable throughout our stay.
What really made our trip special was our driver. He was incredibly kind and attentive, not only helping us plan our daily activities but also taking us to the best spots to watch for the Northern Lights. Even though we weren’t lucky enough to see the aurora, his enthusiasm and effort were truly appreciated. Given the freezing temperatures outside, having him on standby to pick us up and drop us off wherever we needed to go was a lifesaver. It allowed us to explore the area without worrying about the cold.
Overall, despite not seeing the Northern Lights, we had a wonderful experience. The combination of a comfortable room, attentive service, and reliable transportation made our Arctic visit hassle-free and enjoyable. We would gladly return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region.

ゲゲスト部屋は元々の木材の特徴を残しています。特に秋冬は気持ちいいです。屋外エリアはとても写真映えしますが、屋内エリアは少し暗いです。ダブルルームを予約しました。部屋には十分な暖房があります。部屋からは雪景色が一望でき、光が差し込む景色は特に美しかったです。オーナーはとても熱心で、サービス精神も旺盛でした。地元の観光スポットをお勧めしたり、事前にチケット売り場への連絡を手伝ってくれます。美しい景色を通り過ぎると車を止めて写真を撮らせてくれます。ハハハ。彼はいつでも対応してくれるので、とても助かります!推薦する

ゲゲスト老闆貼心的給升級了房型，一家三口住着很方便，衞生和環境是出乎意料的好，原本都打算湊合住了，結果超預期的滿足，房子很有特色，有院子，院子裏面種了很多花很適合拍照，適合靜下來慢慢欣賞，有幾棵向日葵🌻拍照很出片，而且離江邊很近，在江邊散步很愜意，他家的飯菜很合口味，雖不驚艷但很有特色。

ゲゲスト住的木屋太驚喜啦！從外觀到內部都透着自然的温馨感，木頭帶着淡淡的清香，推開窗就是滿眼的綠意，清晨被鳥叫喚醒的感覺太治癒了～ 屋裡設施也挺全的，床品乾淨舒服，晚上安靜得能聽到風吹樹葉的聲音，完全沒有城市的嘈雜。

NNina ThailandThe hotel at this time is under renovation. So it’s quite dusty all over. The floor was filled with white dust everywhere. There are very very few guests staying so the breakfast wasn’t really good prepared for guests. On the first morning, we had only 2.boiled eggs since there was nothing left there for hot breakfast. Then we talked to the receptionist at the hotel, and told them to prepare for the better breakfast for next day. Then, it was quite ok on the second morning. The lady receptionist we met on the first and last day was very helpful to give us all needed information.
