滞在中はとても気持ちが良く、フロントデスクのスタッフは温かく丁寧で、どんなニーズにもすぐに対応してくれました。部屋の設備はとても充実していて、エアコン、テレビ、ヘアドライヤーはすべて利用可能です。場所はとても良いです。松源公園の向かい、フードストリート、モヘダンスホールはとても近くにあります。全体的な生活は便利で手間がかかりません。とても快適な滞在体験

The room was very comfortable and clean and comfortable. Front desk very helpful and friendly (all of them). Breakfast was very nice and yummy. I booked private driver via hotel too, she is very nice and helpful for us. She help to took photos and explain about Mohe. My husband very enjoy the song on night. We will definitely back again !!

I had a wonderful stay in Youran. The rooms are in wooden but with modern amenities. The owner and wife are very friendly and providing a real great service. Youran also has a restaurant and the owner wife can cook very well. This brings convenient for guests so that do not need to walk out to look for foods under such an extreme low temperature. The location of Youran is convenience and at the center of Beiji Village. Few tourism points can be easily reached out by walk. And you could get a driver to drive you to attractions in Mohe. Youran can help to arrange a trustable and good service driver at a reasonable fee. As for the room, it is spacious, the cleanliness is very good and odorless. The heating system is excellence, I could wear T + short in the room comfortably and the water heater is 24 hours. I will come back to Youran again to experience Mohe different seasons. Highly recommend Youran for travellers plan to visit Mohe!

Our stay at this hotel in the Arctic Village was truly memorable, thanks to the thoughtful service and comfortable accommodations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The room was cozy and well-equipped, but what stood out most was the humidifier. During the harsh winter, the air can get extremely dry, and having the humidifier in our room made a noticeable difference. It helped us sleep better and feel more comfortable throughout our stay. What really made our trip special was our driver. He was incredibly kind and attentive, not only helping us plan our daily activities but also taking us to the best spots to watch for the Northern Lights. Even though we weren’t lucky enough to see the aurora, his enthusiasm and effort were truly appreciated. Given the freezing temperatures outside, having him on standby to pick us up and drop us off wherever we needed to go was a lifesaver. It allowed us to explore the area without worrying about the cold. Overall, despite not seeing the Northern Lights, we had a wonderful experience. The combination of a comfortable room, attentive service, and reliable transportation made our Arctic visit hassle-free and enjoyable. We would gladly return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region.

【絕對超值！北極村之行住到寶藏酒店，老闆服務簡直暖哭！】 這次旅行最幸運的就是選了這家酒店！房間特別整潔乾淨，推門就感覺到撲面的暖意，北方的寒冷完全被隔絕在外，像回到家一樣舒服。 但最最值得誇的絕對是老闆！不僅親切熱情，居然還提供免費的北極村車接車送服務，衹要我們需要出門，不管去哪兒，老闆幾乎隨叫隨到，而且全程毫無怨言，甚至主動幫我們規劃路線。 更驚喜的是，老闆開車接送時還會順路帶我們逛一些本地人才知道的小眾景點，耐心介紹風土人情，就像老朋友一樣。全程沒有額外收一分錢，真的讓我們驚呆了…… 原本衹是訂了個房間，結果連交通和導遊服務都一併解決了，性價比高到無法形容！如果再來北極村，一定會再住這裏。強烈推薦給所有追求實惠、重視人情味的旅行者～這家店，必須五星！🌟

Our guide told us that this is the only hotel in Beihong Village so it seems like it’s already the best. The hotel is quite old which you can tell the moment you step in. The room is old but fortunately clean. The owner is very helpful. He helped carry the suitcases to the 2nd floor where each of our rooms is and with the heating in the room when we feedback that it was too hot.

The hotel helped us arrange a driver for our entire trip, making it easy for us to travel around Mohe at a cheaper cost. The driver are very helpful and helped us to book the attraction entrance tickets for us and we can pay him later at the end of our trip as the cost covered is mainly for him to bring us to attractions for our entire trip and it does not include attraction entrance tickets. Prepare some cash for easy payment back to the driver as for our country, we are being charged for extra 2% fees if we are using Alipay app payments above RMB200. So by paying them in cash for anything above RMB200, we can avoid paying the 2% fees. Also there are times when we make some payment while purchasing food, and we are having difficulties on the apps link which is another reason why cash is needed for the contingency period.

木造の家はかなり大きいです。北極村風景名勝区に位置しており、入場するにはチケットを購入する必要があります。上司によると、冬の閑散期には車で行けるそうですが、夏のピーク時は景勝地シャトルバスしか利用できず、あまり便利ではないそうです... 夜には星空も見れるので、行く価値がありますよ！ 9時に朝食が終わってしまい、全く起き上がることができませんでした。一日何も食べなかったら、次の日にはキビ粥が足りませんでした... 上司に改善を提案します。朝食は少なくとも10時までにして、お粥は十分に調理する必要があります。大したことではないし、こんなに寒い日に温かいお粥を食べるのはとても気持ちがいいです。

Only complain is that the rooms don’t look anything like the photos. But facilities were nice and they gave us free local fruit. Still a decent hotel for the price so highly recommend. Russia is right across the road which is cool.
