ホテルのサービスは素晴らしく、荷物の運搬も快く手伝ってくれました。スタッフの対応も丁寧で、部屋もとても清潔でした。ちょうどその日は私の誕生日だったので、予約時に誕生日を記入しました。このホテルはサプライズが本当に上手です。唯一の欠点は防音があまり良くないことです。外の声が部屋にまで聞こえてきて、目が覚めてしまいました（笑）。

Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

Very nice and clean hotel except for the location is a little dark during the night .. not recommended for families or single ladies  as the walk at night is very dark and no convenience shop around .. but if you are alone or with friends this is the place to stay ..

The hotel is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. The lobby is very bright and spacious. There is also an Indomaret just around a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. Even though there are not many food places or restaurants nearby, it was not a problem for us since we were using a motorbike.

We were received by front staff with friendly smiles greeting us. Me & wifey were supposed to check in at 2pm their local time but got checked in one hour earlier instead. Room is clean with pleasant smell. We unpacked our things and proceeded straight to the Grand Mall to pick up some snacks and followed by a sumptuous seafood dinner at A2. The 89 Hotel is conveniently located, so Grand Mall & A2 food center is just a stone throw away. The hotel's breakfast buffet is superb. Choices of food to choose from and the menu is different everyday. By the way, we stayed for 4 nights in 89 Hotel. I will definitely come back to 89 Hotel again if we are going to Batam. Highly recommended for couple or family stay. You won't regret it.

Service was good and staffs were all polite and accommodating. Good food also. Location was also perfect because near a big mall and there’s a lot of resto nearby.

Worth with the price

Service tip top especially the porter and door man. Very friendly and always great and offer assistance. Reception staff polite and not much hassle. Condition of the room at tower A already run down. Need upgrading.

我這邊配套很好，有很多好吃的環節，很衞生，老闆帶人也很有好，下次來buddy還會繼續選擇這個地方住的。
