とても素晴らしい
AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

LLi Ting Haホテルのサービスは素晴らしく、荷物の運搬も快く手伝ってくれました。スタッフの対応も丁寧で、部屋もとても清潔でした。ちょうどその日は私の誕生日だったので、予約時に誕生日を記入しました。このホテルはサプライズが本当に上手です。唯一の欠点は防音があまり良くないことです。外の声が部屋にまで聞こえてきて、目が覚めてしまいました（笑）。

EErica tayイェローホテル ハーバーベイ バタムでの滞在は最高でした！お部屋はとても清潔で広々としており、よく手入れされていました。ベッドと枕は快適で、部屋のアメニティも快適な滞在に十分なものでした。立地も完璧で、フェリーターミナルから徒歩数分と旅行者にとって非常に便利です。ホテルの環境は安全で静かです。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで丁寧で、どんなリクエストにもいつでも対応してくれました。チェックインとチェックアウトの手続きはスムーズで効率的でした。全体的に、サービス、清潔さ、利便性に非常に満足しています。強くお勧めします。次回バタムを訪れる際は、必ずまたここに泊まります！

YyxineMy gf and me stayed here for our Batam trip last weekend. When we first entered our non-smoking room, there was a twinge of vape smell lingering in the air.
The room was well spaced out with many useful amenities such as furniture, drinking water, kettle, etc. I find the wall shelf by the TV a nice and useful addition. Our TV doesn’t have Netflix but carry some local channels as well as CNA. Although the few electrical sockets in the room are universal adaptors, they feel a bit loose when plugged in. Aircon and bathroom amenities such as water pressure and hot shower all work smoothly.
Our window overlooks the immediate neighbourhood and the room is relatively quiet throughout the stay. Sadly, I didn’t use their Wifi so can’t really comment on that. The hotel’s breakfast buffet had limited variety but the quality was good. The hotel is also at a convenient location within walking distance of two big malls, so plenty of food and entertainment!
All the staff we encountered in this hotel was super friendly and helpful. We only had one keycard given to us during check-in so when I was accidentally stuck downstairs without a card, the lady at the concierge quickly made me a new one so I could get back to my room. The day after checking out of the hotel, I realised I lost my beloved earpods and whatsapp-ed the hotel in the slim hope of finding it back. Within minutes, I got a message from the concierge, accompanied with a picture of my lost item! I shall definitely return to stay with them again very soon ^^

LLEONGSEBASTIANWe were received by front staff with friendly smiles greeting us. Me & wifey were supposed to check in at 2pm their local time but got checked in one hour earlier instead. Room is clean with pleasant smell. We unpacked our things and proceeded straight to the Grand Mall to pick up some snacks and followed by a sumptuous seafood dinner at A2. The 89 Hotel is conveniently located, so Grand Mall & A2 food center is just a stone throw away. The hotel's breakfast buffet is superb. Choices of food to choose from and the menu is different everyday. By the way, we stayed for 4 nights in 89 Hotel. I will definitely come back to 89 Hotel again if we are going to Batam. Highly recommended for couple or family stay. You won't regret it.

JJamuseThe location of this hotel is excellent. Many attractions, restaurants, and convenience stores are within walking distance, which makes it very convenient for travelers who prefer to explore on foot.
The price is clearly reflected in the room size — the rooms are very compact, but the rate is correspondingly affordable. If you book through Trip.com, the price can be even more competitive, which makes it a good budget option.
One suggestion: I would not recommend ordering the hotel breakfast. There are plenty of food options nearby, with much better variety and value. Overall, it’s a practical choice if you prioritize location and affordability over space.
