「The property is nice but the location isn’t that great. If location is important to you please choose gostops Tapovan. This one’s surroundings aren’t quite clean from outside nor is it v reachable. The staff is very nice and helpful though. I ended up forgetting some of my belongings at the room which they safely kept and handed over to the courier guy two days after my stay. The rooms and washrooms are clean with good space, spacious terrace and common rooms. They should start planning some group activities though which can help solo travellers connect with EO better may be like some musical experience or games. 」

My room was bright and clean and comfortable. I needed a quiet room and the manager, Manglesh, was incredibly accommodating.
Every day he made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
Breakfast is great with lots of options, including fresh fruit. The servers were all friendly and helpful especially Aman who was great at remembering my order. 
I also had lunch at the restaurant and the customer service was just incredible. Aman and the manager took really great care of me. 
The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping were also wonderfully helpful. (As a woman traveling alone, I am always quite pleased when there is a woman who can help me too. Many thanks to Kiran for her cheerful service.) The GM was available too and kindly willing to helpu if I needed anything.

It is a great hotel with a great location (right next to Parmarth Ashram and very near the Beatles ashram) and the staff make the experience truly wonderful.

ゲゲストit was good stay with great ambience, but there is no room service for tea even for water as well. you have to fill your water bottle from water cooler which they doesn't have on every floor.
Not good for elders, toddler and pregnant lady as you have to mount a clif which is very difficult. sufficient bulb/light was not in the room.
value for money.
they provide bike and rafting services in reasonable price.
management is professional
spectacular room is at 4th floor, It has good view but you have to walk to 50 stairs to reach.

ゲゲストRecently stayed in this hotel and found all the things up to the mark, location is the best USP of this hotel, found very easily and, staff were courteous, room and washroom both were neat and clean, amazing and aesthetically pleasing roof top cafe..overall experience was great will definitely going to book this hotel again whenever travelling to Rishikesh 😊

インドではなくなかなか難しい、温かいお湯♨️でのシャワーがいつでも出来ました。

ゲゲストWe had a fantastic time and used it as a base to see all the wonders around Rishikesh.
The hotel was ideally situated for all the surrounding amenities not too far from Laxman Jhula.
Waking up every morning with the views and the sound of the Ganga were absolutely amazing..
The room was very clean and the staff were very courteous , polite and helpful.
I would certainly go back and recommend it

ゲゲストIn hotel room no sleeper gave, no complementary tea, sugar, bag there, curtains was unable to hold lights which was coming from outside streets lights, lift was not working so use stairs, i can't stay again in shiv vilas rishikesh.
