Perfect Stay in the Heart of Ella! We recently stayed at Bridge Front Inn and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything about this place is excellent. The staff here are incredibly attentive and friendly; they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We were greeted with a complimentary freshly made passion fruit juice, which was a delicious way to start our stay. The location is simply ideal — right next to the iconic Nine Arch Bridge, making it super convenient for exploring Ella's main attractions on foot. Although we didn't use their shuttle service because we weren't aware of it when booking, the owner kindly agreed to drive us to a restaurant one evening, showing true hospitality. The food was another highlight, absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention as there is an enormous selection of dishes to choose from. Our room was spotlessly clean with fresh bed linen and brilliantly white towels. Highly recommended!

This was my first time in this city and my stay here was amazing. It was incredibly peaceful and quiet, offering a full immersion in nature that you can't find in big cities. The atmosphere and accommodation were very private. The owners provided excellent service, making me feel like family. The rooms were large and spacious, not at all intimidating. On my arrival, I requested to try on traditional Sri Lankan clothing, and the accommodation provided it for me. I was extremely impressed.

We had 2 nights in Hotel Onrock. It's a nice hotel and the staff go out of their way to make you comfortable. The breakfast was good. The only thing is that the hotel is located quite high up, and the walk-up is very steep. Other than that, all was good.

Dowa Elegance Resort is a peaceful retreat surrounded by beautiful nature. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very kind and attentive, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. A great place to enjoy the beauty of Sri Lanka with warm hospitality.

А главное - одеяла, не во всех отелях есть одеяла. Нас встретили очень приветливо, угостили кокосами. Единственный минус в этом отеле - слышимость соседей. Очень тонкие стены и ночью особенно неудобно, особенно если соседи ложатся спать поздно. Завтрак был очень вкусный и нам предложили попробовать вкусный традиционный завтрак из острой кокосовой стружки с овощами - очень вкусно. А еще здесь неплохой кофе и очень вкусный имбирный чай. В этот отель я обязательно вернусь, он оказался прекрасным дополнением к нашему визиту в Элла.

It was a great stay, people are supposed friendly, location is far from centre but if you like nature and peace, you would love it. What you need? They will provide immediately, ironing, mony change, taxi, food, any servis … Highly recommended

3泊しましたが、とても素敵な滞在でした！部屋は清潔で整頓されていて、毎日新しいタオルとミネラルウォーターが用意されていました。毎日部屋を掃除してくれたのも嬉しかったです。スリランカ旅行中、このようなサービスは初めてだったので、とても素敵な心遣いでした。もちろん、新しいタオルとミネラルウォーターだけでも十分満足でしたが！ 現在、階下はレストランを作るために改装工事中だったので、到着した時は少し戸惑いましたが、ホテルの滞在体験には全く影響はありませんでした。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした！ ホテルはエラのメインストリート沿いの絶好のロケーションにあり、バー、レストラン、ショップが至る所にあります。駅まで徒歩わずか5分なので、どこへ行くにも便利です。 エラ旅行の際には、ぜひこのホテルに宿泊することをお勧めします。

私は通りの場所がとても好きですが、通りは夜はとても暗く、部屋は広く、大きなバルコニーがあり、ベッドはとても快適です。しかし、私は朝食について言及するのが好きではありません。昨日、代替品が見つからず、WiFiが完全に安定していないと警告され、マネージャーとの通信はほとんどありませんでした。朝食とWLANは聞いたことがありません。
