Good location as it is along a rural road. Very quiet but village dogs bark quite a bit. My room is very spartanly furnished. Nowhere to hang clothes up in the room. Bathroom is very basic but clean. The toilet roll offered is top quality in Thailand. Front desk reception is not manned as the staff is always in the kitchen area. Good masseur on-site. Got a great 2-hour massage to ease away my knots and tightness. Hot spring tub available for a good soak.

I stayed here for a few nights in November 2025. It is a family run business and the mother of the owner is normally the one that takes care of the place. It is located in the countryside and you can expect to see and hear chickens and other animals. While the cottages are a walkable distance (2km) from the town, you are much better off renting a scooter if staying here. The cottages are quaint, but not the best construction. You can see many places where the concrete walls are cracking. Also, sometimes the doors don't closes correctly, but overall, I found the place to be comfortable. The TV in the rooms is quite small and old, but they do have an HDMI port to use a fire stick with. The water pressure is good and the hot water heater works. The bathroom is small and everything is contained in one area so you will get the toilet and everything wet when showering. You can see a walk through review I did on youtube.

It is easy to go the center. It near convenient store. It is a good place.

Die Besutzer sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind einfach gehalten, dafür aber sauber und ohne Mängel. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön auf die Berge. Der Standort des Camping Resorts ist ebenfalls toll. Es liegt zentral zwischen der Innenstadt in Pai und den umliegenden Sightseeing Punkten, wie z.B. dem Canyon. Man kann dort entweder Roller mieten, oder mit ein bisschen mehr Zeit die Strecken zu Fuß gehen.

สถานที่โรงแรม ต้องขับออกไปจากในตลาดไปหน่อยค่ะ ติดกับทุ่งนาข้าว วิวธรรมชาติ สวยค่ะ เป็นส่วนตัวดีค่ะ วันที่เข้าพักตอนเช้าน้ำไม่ไหล 😅 อาหารการกินดีค่ะ อร่อยค่ะ 👍

Excellent place for the price. It isn’t like some of the other places that are directly in town, but it’s like a 10 minute walk to get to the center of Pai. Kind staff and great amenities.

Hotel dall’apparente stile resort, ma piuttosto trascurato, ha una buona posizione centrale, defilata e tranquilla, ampi spazi come parcheggio, reception, giardino, locale colazione, ma gli edifici in cui si trovano le stanze, molto caratteristici perché costruiti e arredati con materiali locali (legno prevalentemente) presentano i segni del tempo ed una scarsa manutenzione, letto un po’ scomodo e coperte insufficienti per il clima fresco di gennaio, colazione standard, personale gentile, prezzo un po’ alto

This place was amazing. The location was perfect, edge of the walking street to jump into town but still soooo peaceful! The river is right in your backyard with great view. The restaurant is so lovely to sit on the river too. Not the best food but good enough for breakfast. The host was very helpful running both. I got extra pillows I requested. I would only ask that they add a mattress topper as I sleep on my side and it would upgrade the beds a bit but otherwise very comfy and fun to be in a tree house. Def would come again
