This 3 bedroom home sleeps 6 comfortably. Centrally located near the best of everything Dothan has to offer. Less than half a mile to James Oates Park and five miles to Southeast Health, Flowers hospital, and the fair grounds. There are multiple places for parking including the driveway, however the garage is not accessible. We offer keyless entry for self check in. We provide televisions in the master bedroom and one guest room. We also have a washer and dryer for your convenience and a very spacious kitchen with everything you should need to prepare an outstanding meal. The outdoor patio provides a shaded private area for the outdoor lover! Welcome to the Owl and Magnolia. This three bedroom-two bathroom house, tucked behind a beautiful magnolia tree is where I grew up. Once in a while we could even catch a glimpse of an owl in the woods nearby.Fast forward to today-we have restored this little home intoa comfortable Air B and B space.
