Небольшой ( 19 номеров) достаточно свежий отель в центре с доступом на три ближайших улицы через арки, так как находится в середине квартала. К такси удобнее выходить через арку в доме по Пушкина, 33. Приятный завтрак с 8 до 11. Бронировали на 11 дней трехместный номер во многом из-за полноценных двух кроватей, а не еврораскладушки или раскладного дивана. В номере 13 на третьем этаже пару раз плохо уходила вода в душе, но проблема быстро решалась. Из неудобств: не хватало второй тумбочки или полочки возле кровати, ложки для обуви. В целом отель достойный, рекомендую

Gracious staff, very accommodating and helpful. They allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived, much earlier than the check-in time. The room is clean with complete toiletries and a bidet. Excellent breakfast, wide variety and changing options, and a flexible schedule that covers almost the entire morning. You can even get a takeaway cup of coffee. Check-out was smooth, and they helped us store our luggage while we waited for our departure time late in the day. Overall, an excellent experience.

Great location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done. I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience. The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break. We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

Easy to walk to main attractions - Replibic Square in 5 mins, the local flea market in 3 mins, Carrefour supermarket in 3 mins. That said, surrounding is a bit dark and quiet with a construction site right next to the hotel. Room spacious, one free bottle water upon arrival. The thing that I don't like is the rather warm air conditioning (useless to adjust). I finally had to open the windows but then attracted mosquitoes in. Another thing not that good is thatthe buffet breakfast started rather late, at 8am. Day tours usually start at 9am(and in another location around 10-15 mins ride away). That means I had to rush my breakfast within 15-20 mins.

部屋は非常に狭く、暖房とエアコンを切っていたにもかかわらず、なぜか暑かった。ベッドもかなり寝心地が悪かった。 スタッフは親切だったが、朝食は普通だった。 清潔さは申し分なかった。

Самый ключевой плюс - локация, прям в центре. Рядом - все. Все в пешей доступности. Отель новый жто чувствуется, все очень аккуратно. Но при бронировании обратите внимание на площадь номера. Если для вас это важно, то лучше заранее узнать, что номера в целом очень небольшие.

The photos don’t do this place justice! It’s really lovely and fresh, and it seemed like our room was freshly renovated or very well cared for, and the room and bedding were spotless. The room was very spacious and well equipped. As was the reception area. The staff are lovely and very helpful (we had some issues with loud neighbours and they delicately assisted). The pool is really big and nice with lots of deck chairs and amazing views of Mt Ararat. Breakfast was great, freshly prepared and good options. The hotel is not in the centre but we found the location still convenient, we would walk into town and then Yandex back (Yandex is typically 1600AMD). We would stay again!

Останавливались в отеле на 5 ночей с супругой. Остались очень довольны. Отель камерный. С завтраками , шведский стол на любой вкус. В первый день не было каши, на просьбу отреагировали и на завтра уже была в меню. К тому же представлены местные продукты и блюда, что очень важно при посещении региона. Звучит приятная музыка армянских композиторов. Помимо кофемашины, нам предложили свежесваренный кофе, (то есть на кухне в турке варили) чем я пользовался в течении всех дней! Заботливый персонал. В номере была ванна, лучше чем душ для меня, поскольку приходилось помногу ходить пешком, а это хорошая возможность вечером расслабиться. Полотенце меняли каждый день. Соседей не было слышно абсолютно. Рядом рынок, торговый центр Ташир и недалеко Россия. Пасссаж тоже расположен рядом. До Площади Республики минут 15-20. Единственное замечание я попросил забронировать экскурсию на коньячный завод «Арарат», но на ресепшене девушка заказала бронь на завод «Ной». Благо они неподалеку расположены. Это надо учитывать. Ну и вода в ванной медленно уходила, но это не критично. Если б обратился за помощью , уверен персонал быстро бы отреагировал Кстати, мне понравился швейцар, который встречал и провожал нас. В целом, нам все понравилось. Думаю, в следующем не буду раздумывать где остановиться. Цена/качество 10 из 10!

非常にぼやけたホテル。それは大きく、以前はきれいでなければなりません。それは改装後であると書かれています。実際、部屋は非常に古く、タオルと脂肪のみを使用しています。最も驚くべきことは朝食です、食べないのが最善です:、、ソーセージ、、ソーセージは安いです、唯一の変更はご飯と胡です。お湯1杯、コーヒー1杯、お湯1杯、コーヒー、野菜、果物1杯だけ、忘れてしまいました。ロビーでバーを救った。価格は市場より少し低いですが、価格に少し追加したり、食べ物を修理したり、排除したりするのが最善です。恥をかかないでください。人力は良くて、すべてが役に立ちます。
