ゲゲストThe Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace, Rishikesh is a great and beautiful hotel. The interior decoration is charming.
The beauty of its surroundings and its location on the banks of the Ganga has added to its speciality. Its rooms are very beautiful. But their bathrooms need some attention.The bathrooms are very small. It is difficult to take a bath.
Staff is well behaved. Whenever I called the reception they immediately attended to my request and fulfilled it. Thanks to the staff members.
The canteen is very nice and its arrangement is excellent. Everyone in the canteen staff is very well behaved. But I felt that Sanjay Ji takes great pleasure in serving his customers. Undoubtedly, he is expert in his work.
In the end I would say that I paid for staying in the hotel but in return I also received their full services. We are senior citizens. My wife and I are very happy and satisfied.

ゲゲストThis was our 2nd visit to this hotel. We visit this hotel back in 2021. The food was excellent that time but the infrastructure looked old. We booked it again coz of food but this time we were amazed of the hotel infrastructure as well. We are very happy with the stay.

ゲゲストPeaceful location. Good service. Decent food including non-veg. Not a 4 star. Swimming pool non-usable. Just for promotion. Cost can be reduced. Deluxe room is small. Balcony has no view.

ゲゲストExcellent stay on the outskirts of Rishikesh. The resort has a wonderful mountain view with huel river at the front. Staff and service is beyond par.
They even brought us a complimentary cake for our child's birthday. Overall a must visit. Best to book on weekdays when the crowd is less and the ambience is calm. Totally recommend for family and couples
