素敵なブティック ホテル、清潔でフレンドリーなスタッフ。朝食は種類は多くありませんが、十分です。注文に応じて温かいお粥も出してくれました。半熟*をお願いしたところ、快く対応してくれました。フロントから朝食まで、すべてのスタッフが親切でフレンドリーでした。設備はプールのみですが、私たちが求めているのはプールではないので、問題ありません。このホテルには満足しています。

この価格帯のホテルでこんなに素敵な屋外プールがあるなんて、最高です！朝食も種類豊富で大満足でした！ただ、残念なことにエアコンがかなりうるさく、私が泊まった部屋のエアコンは風量調整が効きませんでした。修理の方も長い時間格闘してくれましたが、結局直らず、そこだけが少し残念でした。

3泊予約しました。ホテルは宮殿の近くにあります。レストランがたくさんある川沿いまでは歩いて約10分です。夜市まではさらに10分歩きます。私の部屋はバルコニー付きの豪華なキングサイズベッドです。清潔ですが、装飾は普通で高級ではありません。ビジネスでの滞在には満足です。朝食は期待通りではありませんでした。毎日、温かい料理は3品とスープだけで、オムレツ、スクランブルエッグ、目玉焼き、麺、チャーハンを無料で注文できます。選択肢が少なすぎるので、部屋だけ予約して朝食は予約しないことをお勧めします。近くのレストランで朝食をとったほうがよいでしょう。ホテルの宿泊客のほとんどは西洋人です。滞在最終日に中国人の宿泊客を3人見ただけです。朝食の質を考えると、部屋の価格は少し高いです。

Hotel Kvl in Phnom Penh stands out for its prime location, nestled directly beside the Royal Palace and the river, making it a prime spot for tourists looking to explore the city's historical and cultural landmarks. The hotel itself is equipped with modern and stylish furnishings, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable and the breakfast was a highlight, being both delicious and served à la carte, allowing for a personalized dining experience in the morning. However, our experience took a turn when it came to the transfer service from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh. The cost of over $180 for the transfer felt exorbitant, especially given the condition of the vehicle and the service provided. Being transported in an older car, coupled with a driver who was not only unable to communicate in English but also constantly distracted by multiple ringing mobile phones, significantly detracted from our overall experience. Despite attempts to use Google Translate, communication was futile, and the incessant noise became a source of irritation. Given the high price, our expectations for the transfer service were not met, leading us to conclude that utilizing a service like „Grab“ for a fraction of the cost would be a far better option in the future. On a more positive note, the transfer service from the hotel to the airport was priced at $20, which felt more reasonable and within acceptable limits. Another significant issue was the noise level in our room. Situated on the top floor directly beneath the hotel's rooftop bar, the sound levels late into the night were intolerable. The booming music and lively atmosphere of the bar, while perhaps enjoyable for some, felt more like being in a nightclub than a hotel room. This was particularly unwelcome as we sought to rest and recover from the exhausting transfer earlier in the day. In conclusion, while Hotel Kvl boasts an excellent location and modern amenities that contribute to a comfortable stay, the high cost and poor execution of the transfer service from Sihanoukville, coupled with the disruptive noise from the rooftop bar, marred our experience. Future guests would do well to consider alternative transportation options and inquire about room placement to ensure a more tranquil stay.

中心部に位置しながらも静かな、非常に良いホテルです。客室は写真や説明通りでした。プールは素晴らしく、街の絶景が楽しめます。 朝食ビュッフェは種類豊富で質の高いものでした。 清潔さに関しては10点満点中8点といったところでしょうか。建物や客室には完璧とは言えない点もいくつかありましたが、全体的には好立地で価格も手頃な、素晴らしいホテルです。

このホテルでの滞在は最高でした! ロケーションは最高で、周辺を散策するのも楽でした。サービスは素晴らしく、スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。素晴らしい景色を本当に楽しみました。プールとジムは手入れが行き届いていて、滞在をさらに充実させてくれました。ホテルでは早めのチェックインと遅めのチェックアウトにも対応してくれたので、旅行がさらに便利になりました。全体的に素晴らしい体験でした。またここに泊まりたいです!

ホテルはとても良い場所にあります。近くにはレストランやバーがたくさんあります。金曜の夜は騒音がひどく、ホテルの外から音楽が聞こえてきます。朝食はまあまあで、メニューにはいくつかの料理があります。プールはあまりプライバシーがありません。 部屋は広くて清潔です。

I had a great stay at Norodom Clover Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.

9月に2週間宿泊しました 外観、フロントフロアの装飾、植物等とても見応えがありました。驚いたのはオーナーが美術を勉強して家具から仏像等全てデザインされたとのお話です。2014年既存の建物をリフォームして開業したそうです。現代のRC造やプレハブのようなありきたりなホテルが嫌な人は満足されると思います。 朝食はブュッフェ式でメニューも多く大変満足できるレベルでした。またレストランからの眺めも良く気持ちよい朝を迎えられます。 残念なのはシャワーのお湯が出ないことがある事、タオル交換で破れた浴室マットが出たことです。私はあまり気にしませんでしたがお客によっては嫌だと思います。またホテル専属のトゥクトゥクドライバーは良い人達なのですが、客引きが嫌な人は嫌だと思います。 また立地場所がユニークでゴミ収集のある路地を入った所にあります。 夜勤のホテルマン、掃除してくれるスタッフ、レストランのスタッフは素敵な方たちでした。 私にとって忘れられないホテルです、またプノンペンではこのホテルに泊まりたいです。 ユニークで素敵がこのホテルの感想です
