I had a wonderful stay in this spacious and spotlessly clean room. I only stayed for one night, but it was so comfortable that I wished I could have stayed longer. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was tastefully decorated in calming colours, creating a cosy atmosphere. It also had a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge, which was convenient. A pleasant surprise was the free laundry facilities in the basement, including both a washing machine and dryer. This was incredibly helpful during my trip. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was very well equipped, making it a great choice for both leisure and business travellers. I’d definitely love to stay here again!

An extraordinary building ; one of the most architecturally impressive hotels in which I can remember staying, with wonderfully helpful staff and a location that can not be bettered -- with a commendable breakfast. Five stars ! But then . . . Beautifully configured and equipped rooms but, constraints on urban buildings being what they are, and the architects having elected a stunning central skylit air- and light-well, our room, at least, had no window. Where was one to be placed, after all ? The air-conditioning worked well, but truly fresh air was not available. The housekeeping staff had neglected the bathroom attached to the room that we used. Hair, a cotton-tipped applicator stick, and -- simply -- dirt were on the tiles. This can happen. It was very different from the rest of the experience of the stay. But there it was. Have a look around when you check in. Ask for a repeat cleaning of your room if you think one is necessary. Enjoy your stay.

ブラックヘッズ パレスから徒歩わずか数分のところにある、とても快適なホテルです。部屋からは川の景色が見え、清潔感があります。フロントデスクに電話するだけで、とても快適に眠れるソファベッドのセッティングを手伝ってくれます。ホテルにはジムやサウナなどの施設もあります。朝食は非常に豪華で、価格とパフォーマンスの比率が非常に高い

Very clean and modern bathroom, good variety of amenities provided without needing to ask, overall comfortable stay. Unlucky with room allocation as we got an internal joinable room, where next door was talking loudly until late at night. Location suitability will vary per group, it is slightly out of the main centre, but not too far you can't walk. Plan ahead if you drive, they provide a carpark for additional cost, or you can park on the street outside of normal hours

旧市街から徒歩30分ほどのところにあり、トラムに乗るとすぐ前にホテルがあります。ダウンタウンから少し離れて、むしろ静かで良かったです。シングルベッド2台をお願いしましたが、部屋がなくて大きな部屋にアップグレードしてくれて、おかげでより良いところにとどまっていました。ただエアコンが壊れて少し暑かったです。朝食も悪くなくスタッフも親切です。そして安い宿泊費が一番満足

ホテルは大変便利な場所にあり、ショッピングモールや中央駅のすぐそば、バス停、中央市場、旧市街まで徒歩数分です。チェックインは完璧で、市内地図も用意されていて助かりました。やかん、カップ、ティーバッグとコーヒーが用意されており、バスルームにはシャンプー、ハンドソープ、ティッシュペーパー、シャワーキャップが用意されていました。ボディローションとヘアコンディショナーが用意されているとさらに良いでしょう。残念ながら、デスクの電源プラグは旅行用アダプターに適合せず、USBポートもありません。シングルベッドはカーテンのすぐ隣にあり、ベッドの真ん前に鏡があり、とても奇妙な部屋のデザインです。部屋にはセーフティボックスがあります。部屋にはスリッパが用意されていないので、自分のスリッパを持参することを忘れないでください。

The hotel was in an excellent location only 5mins walk from the bus to and from the airport and central for the old town. Hotel staff and reception welcoming. Our room very clean spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and the room very cosy. We had an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

リガの旧市街エリアにあるこのホテルは、コストパフォーマンスに優れています。チェックインはスムーズで、荷物を預けてすぐに部屋に入り、アリーナ リガでアイス ホッケーの試合を観戦することができました。到着までの時間は限られていました。リガの旧市街の観光スポットの中心に位置し、近くには素晴らしいレストランがいくつかあります。近くにはコンビニや土産物店がかなりありますが、かなり早く閉まります。ホテルは、むき出しのレンガの壁と、オリジナルまたは修復された木製の梁と階段があり、とても興味深い雰囲気です。私たちが泊まった最上階に行くためのエレベーターもあったので、ありがたかったです。 ツインルームを予約しましたが、快適に過ごせました。近くにバーがあるにもかかわらず、部屋は静かでぐっすり眠ることができました。ベッドは快適でしたが、枕は少し薄かったです。部屋には、飲み物が欲しくなったときに助かる、品揃え豊富なミニバーがあり、値段も手頃でした。部屋には大きなワードローブと小さなワークデスクもありました。部屋のあちこちにコンセントが置かれていたので、すべてのデバイスを充電することができました。バスルームはかなり広く、温かいシャワーとタオルウォーマーが便利でした。シャワーにはハンドソープとボディ/ヘアジェルが用意されています。部屋にはエアコンがあり、息苦しさを和らげるために窓を開けることができます。ツインルームは天井が傾斜しているので、背の低い妻は傾斜側にベッドを置いても問題ありませんでした。 朝食はとても美味しく、2 朝ともさまざまな料理が運ばれてきて楽しかったです。温かい料理は毎日少しずつ変わり、*のオムレツ、ベーコン、ポテト、ラトビア風パンケーキ、ソーセージなどがありました。冷たい料理も豊富で、野菜、チーズ、デビルドエッグ、フルーツなど、ベジタリアンでもきっと満足できると思います。コーヒーマシンでとても美味しいホットチョコレートが作れました。朝食にはジュースと水も用意されていました。チェックインカウンターの後ろにはホテルの宿泊客が利用できるバーがあり、後で何かもっと食べたい場合はロビーにも素敵な座席エリアがあります。 ホテルにはサウナがありますが、営業時間が掲示されておらず、スタッフに尋ねる機会もなかったため、滞在中に営業していたかどうか、また営業していたとしても何時に営業していたかはわかりませんでした。ホテルの近くには無料駐車場が非常に限られており、毎日同じ地元の人がホテルの前に駐車しているようでした。時間に余裕があれば空港からバスに乗ることをお勧めしますが、急いでいる場合は、リガでの移動にボルトがかなり手頃です。ホテルの北側にはレンタカー店があり、旧市街のボルトでは電動スクーターや車を予約できるので、リガ滞在中にはとても便利でした。

Great potential, but their left hand definitely doesn't know what the right is doing! My stay felt like a comedy of errors where I was the punchline. First, the breakfast saga: I pre-paid for my breakfast at check-in. Yet, every single morning, the restaurant staff looked at me like a breakfast bandit trying to sneak a free croissant. “Room number? Is breakfast included?” Cue me, once again, explaining my pre-paid status like I was telling a fascinating but unlikely story. I half expected them to ask for a signed affidavit from the front desk manager by day three. Then there was the Pool Surprise™. The website features the pool, but conveniently forgets to mention it costs extra. At check-in, I asked, ”Where's the pool?” They pointed. They did not, however, point and say, ”...and that'll be $20, please.” So, picture this: I'm there in my swim trunks, towel slung over my shoulder, ready for a dip. I get greeted not with a ”hello,” but with a request for my credit card. I had to do the walk of shame back through the lobby, damp and disappointed, to pay at the front desk. A simple heads-up would have saved us all from that awkward little parade! The place itself is nice, but honestly, it seems like the different departments only communicate by carrier pigeon. And I'm pretty sure one of those pigeons got lost. Pros: The room was good (if a bit tired), and the bed was comfortable. Cons: Be prepared for a mystery fee adventure and to repeatedly prove you've paid for things you've already paid for.
