Blazing wifi, 250 mps, more than ample speed to work from home, have multiple zoom meetings, or stream web content. Smart TV (for your Netflix/Amazon, etc). Note there is local broadcast channels only- NO cable. You can input signal from your laptop to the TV via an HDMI jack also. Bluetooth stereo- play your music from your phone.Coffee, tea and food in the fridge or cupboards is for you to enjoy. Outdoor balcony outside of bedrooms, looks out into backyard. Cameras will be on and recording. There are none in the apartment.Again, please note that the TV has no cable (antenna only) and there is no smoking anywhere on the property.
