Convenient location off of the highway. Close to restaurants and fuel. Rooms were spacious and clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Didn't use fitness equipment or the pool but both were nice and clean. Breakfast was nice and fresh; Cinnamon rolls were the highlight for sure
My husband and I were walk ins and the front desk staff, Stephen and Jackie, greeted us with smiles and made us feel very welcomed. Stephen went above and beyond getting us the best possible rate when he found out that my husband was a fire marshal. He gave us two complimentary bottle of water because we are Hilton members and a big bar of hand/bath soap when there wasn't one in our room. Stephen also recommended a close by restaurant for us to eat. He told us to tell the server that he sent us over. The server knew Stephen from the Hampton and gave us a 10% off the bill. Both Stephen and Jackie treated us like family! The rest of the staff are lovely and friendly too! We always choose Hamptons when we travel because they are always clean and comfortable. The breakfasts have a good variety and this Hampton even have chocolate waffles! :) If we had one minor complaint, it's the small, older toilets. We are older people and would appreciate the comfort height toilets. Other than that, we are very happy with our stay!
Erica was our hostess in the dinning room today, Easter morning. It was a busy morning for everyone and Erica was calm in the storm of people coming and going. She made our day a little brighter and we were grateful. Thank you Erica for helping us. Thank you also for a great, fresh breakfast as one expects at the Garden Inn.
Unable to report a positive experience. Descriptions did not disclose this property was undergoing active renovation with attending noise, mess, obstructions mid Feb 2022. Facility is worn, tired, has been neglected. Work underway may improve but gives the impression of low quality lowest bidder workmanship. Room was not yet updated, fairly clean but barely acceptable. Stays at other Microtel locations were better than this.

I enjoyed my stay, I had a private room, at the end of the row. Service was quick and on time. Checkout was quick. The room was clean when I checked in, and the receptionist was friendly and nice upon greeting me.
