不慣れなスタッフだったのか、チェックインにたいぶ時間がかかって待たされた割に朝食会場や時間などの説明がなかった。 部屋は清潔で広く、快適だった。

Nice place to stop on way to Florida. Very spacious, comfortable room. Onsite restaurant had excellent service and the food was decent. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room assigned to us was supposed to be pet friendly and we had to move as it smelled like a pet had been in there. No problem with miving to another room though.

all very good, above average by far. My comfort was only a matter of regulating my temperature as I slept, which is a problem I take with me everywhere I go. I wish the blower on the heater was quieter, but I was grateful for the heat.

Quick overnight stay. Clean, comfortable, reasonable. Plus that there was a restaurant/bar onsight! Breakfast was decent!! Would stay again if traveling through the area.

The Ramada at Statesville is a real joy to encounter. Friendly staff, clean, roomy and extremely convenient make it a great place to overnight on a journey.

The hotel was very old, musty, moldy in the bathroom. Floors were laminate and sticky. Tv had to be controlled by the back of the tv. I called the desk and he told me to work the tv from the back!!!!!! Not happy and ******* should not direct people to this hotel.

There is a bar and restaurant on the property. The room wasn’t gross but it could use a deep cleaning and some updates. The doors are really loud. That makes it hard to sleep in the morning. I wouldn’t call this place nice but it’s ok.

Good half way stop to Hilton Head. Convenient to I-77, easy on and off. Nice in-house restaurant with friendly staff. Food was good.

Maria who checked us in was great! Our room had stink bug crawling on ceiling, no big deal but floor by one bed was flooded with water. We called front desk about water and they said, “yeah the building tilts and water comes in there, I thought they fixed it, ill bring you some towels to block water…”☹️ No offer to move…wow!!

The staff was very friendly. The room was better than we expected in size, comfort and cleanliness. Having a restaurant on site was wonderful after being on the road for ten hours. It was an overall great place to stay. Highly recommended

Our "go-to" stopover heading south to Florida on the I-77. Nice King sized bed room and we especially love the bar to eat supper, have a wind-down drink and listen/dance to juke box classics, but only if you can check-in before 9:00pm during the week (11:00pm on weekends). Our only point of contention was that this Ramada Inn would not allow us to collect Wyndham Reward Points as we had booked through ******* which does not seem right. Now the previously night at Holiday Inn & Suites in Auburn collecting IHG Reward Points and ******* rewards was not an issue for them, their front desk staff even assisted me in signing up for IHG points rewards.

The price was right for the situation. And, at check-in and upon opening the room, we were pleasantly surprised. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the pillows are soft, the water pressure is good, the water is hot, and the mattress isn't the best, but we got good sleep.
