Following the ******* advice, I booked Kame hotel for all my 3 trips in May-June. I made these reservations about a month before my first trip. Before the first trip I found that it is virtually impossible to communicate with the hotel. I send 4 emails concerning possible shuttle bus service from the airport to the Kame hotel. Only the last one was answered. They convinced me that I would be met at the airport, but in fact nobody was there to meet. At the hotel I found that practically nobody can speak English and the main language used in the hotel is Chinese. At the reception they refused to help me to get a taxi for my way to the airport. My second booking, which was made more than one month before my second flight, was simply canceled and I got a message about this at the last moment, on the night before my second flight to Belgrade. This put me in a very difficult situation. They proposed to give me a half price reduction on my next booking. When I asked them to confirm that this can be applied for my last third booking they simply did not answer. A week later, I received information from ******* that my third booking was canceled as well by the Kame hotel without any explanation of the reason. I found Kame hotel very unfriendly and totally unreliable. Never use it if you do not want problems similar to mine. And I simply wonder how at all this terrible hotel got quite positive response in *******.
