ゲゲストWe had a great stay at this ”Minsu” . The owners (young coule) were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about local attractions and got us an experienced tour guide for our two day photographic tour. We were also able to walk to the scenic site ”Beiji” in about 20 minutes to photograph an unforgettable sunrise. The lodging was very clean and modern and the breakfast was excellent. All in all a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

AAlica2709The location of the hotel is generally good — you can see the sea, and the property itself is well maintained. However, the road leading to the hotel leaves much to be desired, and the area around it looks quite deserted and shabby. The interior is very minimalistic and gives the impression of being unfinished.
The service could be improved but isn’t bad.
Breakfast is Chinese-style and not a buffet — specific dishes are served directly to your table, like a set menu. This could also be improved.
Overall, the price-performance ratio is good/okay.

Rooms were big, they have ceiling to floor windows which offered great views of the sea
It is a relatively easy place to find as it is the first building after turning in from the main road
Staff there were friendly and helpful
On the last day of our trip we accidentally left one of our jackets at a dining place 5min away from the hotel. We messaged the staff and they went to the restaurant to look for our jacket and helped to mail it back to us
Will definitely be back again to stay at this amazing hotel

YYushuliujinフィルターなしのリアルな写真。霞浦の夕日は美しいと言われています。好奇心から見に来ました。霞浦東壁村は10年以上ホームステイグループとして活動しています。今までそれしか知らなかったとは思いませんでした。 Shijianhai のデザインは非常に思慮深いです。スペースは巧みに考え抜かれ、実用的で合理的に利用されており、私の期待を超えていました。本当にホームステイだと思っていましたが、こんなに高額から始まるとは思いませんでした。家の値段が高いのは買い手側の見せかけだろうと思っていましたが、実際はすべての面で管理が非常に優れていることがわかりました。見た通りのものが得られます。水庭にはプールがあり、海と空がひとつの色になります。山側の中庭は景色は悪いですが、階段も少なく、共用エリアも利用できます。値段も安く、家の設備もきちんと整備されていて、10年経ったようには見えず、かなり新しいです。冷蔵庫が少し音を立てること（寝るときにコンセントを抜いていた）を除けば、他の点には非常に満足しています。私たちの執事は****出身のハンサムな若者でした。彼は素晴らしいサービスを提供し、荷物の運搬を手伝ってくれ、質問にも答えてくれ、喜んで助けてくれました。この店では毎日違う甘いスープを提供しており、とても斬新です。また、無料駐車場もあります。全体として、この福建省への旅行は幸せな結末でした。機会があればまた行きます。霞浦は長く滞在する価値のある場所です。

ゲゲストWe stayed four nights. Overall it was a good experience. On par as a four star hotel.
When we made reservation we thought we chose non-smoking room but our room clearly was not nonsmoking. Contacted the front desk and was told there was no nonsmoking room available but they can move us to another room and they will do some smoking cleaning treatment before we moved in. We decided to ask them to clean our existing room instead. The treatment was effective enough that we could barely smell the smoking odors.
For a small place like Xiapu, this place is good.

ゲゲストお部屋は素晴らしく、素晴らしい海の景色が楽しめました！何より、1.5メートルと1.2メートルのツインベッドは家族旅行にぴったりでした！1階にはカフェとプールもあります！ホテルは静かな隠れ家のような雰囲気で、東飛村にも近く、すぐそばに共用のe-donkがあるので通勤にもとても便利です！朝食は種類が豊富で、作り置きの料理はなく、清潔で衛生的でした。駐車スペースも広く、充電ステーションもとても便利でした！ハウスキーピングサービスも丁寧でした。次回もまた利用したいと思っています！

ゲゲストPerfect location, just a few minutes walk to the ticket office of the scenic area where we can take shuttle bus to the lake.
The hotel is run by a warm and friendly family, giving an impression of visiting relatives.
We have got a room upgrade and an early check-in.
Meals are home-cooked like and Omakase style.
Vehicles are all very nice, electric, clean and new.
Transfer from pier 100 rmb return trip.
Meals around 200 rmb/2 people/meal.
Electric bike rental 50 rmb
I could not add Wechat using the phone number given on trip.com. Another number called me the day before the booking date. And with this number, I could add Wechat.

MMP123456Beautiful and romantic small hotel with a nice view over the ocean (unfortunately there is a highway in front of the sea — welcome to China). The hotel has a nice design style. We had a comfortable, spacious room. There is a pool (very shallow, good for people who can’t swim, I guess). All over the hotel area, there are small tables, Hollywood swings, etc. to be private and enjoy the view. A (touristy) village with lots of restaurants is a 20 minutes walk away (careful when walking on the road at night).
