The Dom Hotel in Augsburg is an excellent hotel, with a very good location. It lies in a very quiet street, at about two minutes walk from the cathedral. It's in a nice building by which, within the hotel enclosure there is a court a part of which is the hotel parking where the customers' cars can be parked for free. Inside it's very cosy and well decorated. The lounge is a beautiful quiet sitting room where one can spend very agreeable moments. The bedroom I was allocated is superb. Not only was it comfortable and spacious, but it had a fantastic view over the cathedral steeples and the relevant part of the city. It finds itself on the top floor and therefore, it's very well lit up by daylight. Besides, it's very peaceful, to such an extent that the building is most probably soundproof. Thanks to the comfort implied in that bedroom my stay in Augsburg was gorgeous. The staff members are all very kind and helpful, with the exception perhaps of one of the ladies active at breakfast time in the pertinent room. Fortunately she was off on the second day of my two-days stay at the hotel. The breakfast is very good. There is everything needed at the buffet and all is of top quality. The pastry is excellent and some units are still warm upon consumption. The breakfast room is very nice and comfortable. The atmosphere there is very good, particular due to the fact that the music, whenever there is any, isn't disturbing. The Dom Hotel is therefore one of the best hotels in Augsburg, if not the best. I would thus strongly recommend to book in that hotel when one plans go to Augsburg.

Posizionato nelle vicinanze dell'autostrada ma non vicino al centro (comunque la zona è servita dal tram). Albergo con ristorante, piscina coperta, spa, parcheggio privato. Colazione, centro benessere e piscina non sono comprese nel prezzo per le camere standard. Nonostante il parcheggio sia proprio dell'hotel hanno comunque deciso di farlo pagare 10 euro al giorno.

Hotel non troppo grande molto accogliente. Il personale dell’albergo (anche se presente solamente durante il giorno) è molto cordiale e disponibile. Colazione a buffet molto buona e abbastanza assortita. Camera spaziosa e letti comodi. Alcuni dettagli di usura potrebbero essere sistemati semplicemente con una mano di vernice ma la pulizia è impeccabile. L'hotel ha a disposizione solo 4 parcheggi anche se nella via si trova eventualmente dove parcheggiare 'auto.

徐徐このホテルは本当に素晴らしいサービスです。私はとても良いサービスをしています。健康もとてもきれいです。場所はとても良いです。アウグスブルク音楽学校の向かいにあり、通り全体で食事をしたり、食べたり、食べたりすることができます。ホテルの階下にはレストランとバーがあります。レストランの料理は本当に美味しいです！！！この食事のためにこのホテルに泊まりたい吖

LlarissammoraeaWhat the Hollyday in Express hotel Augsburg in Germany does to customers is unacceptable and subject to legal action for false advertising. the hotel sells rooms with air conditioning and turns off the air in the hotel. I want my money back. the hotel has no right to say how I want to sleep if it has put the room on sale with air conditioning. First, the attendant on the first night (02/10/23) said they were turning it off because it was winter (which is unbearably hot). later, the attendant said that I should change hotels before checking in when I found that there was no air. the other attendant, tonight (03/10/23) said that the hotel had a list of rooms where the air conditioning worked and another list of rooms that didn't work and had the outrageous to send me to two rooms where the system turns on but doesn’t worth at all. the truth is that the hotel wants to save money over the customer with false advertising. I want my money back, I'm outraged, because I slept very badly and I would never stay in a hotel without air conditioning without being fully aware of it. I doubt that in Six Senses, which is part of the same group as Holliday Inn the air is turned off at some point. The manager is in completely silence. I expect the total refund of the expenses of the reservation.

From booking to arrival to departure, City Hotel Ost am Kö exceeded expectations. Excellent, superbly-connected location and well-appointed room. Bathroom tight (single room) but clean, well maintained and with thoughtful extras such as wall hooks and good mirrors that other places seem to forget. Wi-fi was free and one of the easiest I've ever connected with in a hotel. Mini bar (not used) and good unpacking space. Slept well but the pillow could have been better. Hotels don't have to be fancy to be rated 5-stars. The staff here could show up those at some fancier places. Surprisingly good breakfast offer - included and available till midday. Small sauna needs booking. Didn't have an opportunity to use but saw that it looked fine, with a good relaxing area. If in the centre of Augsburg again, I'd head straight for City Hotel am Kö - also if staying with someone.

ホテルはアウクスブルク市の中心部から約4kmに位置しています。ホテルは無料の自転車をレンタルし、美しい川と数マイルの森に覆われた公園を自転車で回ることができます。トラムが運転していなかったので、自転車を使って市内中心部にも行きました。無料の十分な駐車場。素晴らしい朝食。無料のアイスクリーム。部屋は広く、冷蔵庫とやかんがありました。少し古い装飾ですが、素敵なバスルーム。私の唯一の批判は、かび臭い匂いがあるということですが、どこがきれいなので、これがどこから来るのかわかりません。レセプションのスタッフは英語を話し、親切でフレンドリーでした。そしてレストランのスタッフも素晴らしかったです。素敵な週末をありがとう。お勧めします。

Bei Ankunft im Hotel wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt. Unser Auto war in der zugehörigen Tiefgarage (11 €/Nacht) sicher untergebracht. Unsere 2 Zimmer waren im DG - hatten jeweils ein kleines Dachfenster, einen Ventilator, ein kleines Sofa, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein schönes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Es gab einen Lift (gesperrt ab ca. 21.30 Uhr). Zum DOM sind es 5 Min. Fußweg und zum Rathausplatz ca. 10 Min.

This is a strange property. Location is close to the city center. Parking is behind the hotel and very inconvenient. Breakfast is not included and the cost is $15 Euros. Don't pay it. You are in walking distance from a bakery, a Starbucks, and a McDonalds all where you can get breakfast for half that. The rooms are huge - almost too big for the configuration. Room is spacious, but the bathroom is tiny. Shag carpet which is an interesting choice for a hotel. Rooms are clean. Towels, etc outside the bathroom because the bathrooms have zero storage or counter space. Hotel staff is not particularly welcoming. You definitely feel like you're in the principal's office. Rigid is the word I would use to describe the experience. It wasn't a terrible experience, but probably would try something different if I'm in the area again.

Clean hotel, modern. Spacious room and easy parking. It is fine for 1 to 2 nights. The location is easy to get too and easy to reach the city. The staff were friendly and professional. The aircon worked well and the shower was good. Would recommend.
