An amazing experience. The hotel is very clean and very close to high street. The hosts are absolutely loving people who will go an extra mile to help you. You feel welcomed and taken care of. There is a nice swimming pool and it’s lovely to have breakfast next to pool, take a swim, have tea or coffee or just enjoy sunshine. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay snd looking forward to come back again to enjoy hospitality. Alacate is one of the best places I visited.

該酒店就在鎮上，酒店乾淨衞生，工作人員態度好，服務熱情，外面吃飯的地方也很多。我們走的時候，酒店幫我們叫了出租車也沒多收錢。 問題是：訂房網上沒説幾樓，我們到了後酒店給我們安排在一樓，靠近公廁。我們想換到二樓一個同樣沒人訂的房間，酒店説每晚要加35美元，太不可思議了。 網絡信號很差，在房間視頻打不開，朋友圈發不了。

Location: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards. Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly. Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great. Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

From the instant I checked in at Biblos Resort, the service was exceptional. Following a lengthy day of travel, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I had been upgraded to a spacious room with a swim-up pool – this was the highlight of my stay. The accommodation was impeccably designed and spotlessly clean, providing a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. Furthermore, the staff's genuine friendliness and outstanding service truly capped off my experience. Will definitely be my preferred place to stay when I’m back in Alacati.

The aircon is not working. I asked them couples time to come and fix it but it didn't work. They said leave it for 5 mins then it will work but it is not on. Not sure what was going on. I also asked if someone going to come to fix it later. They told me they could not find engineer at this time. So the answer is I don't know. Luckily it wasn't a summer so I get by in the night. In the day you need to open your window to get some air. The room was ok a bit smaller than I thought. I almost could not open my luggage on the floor.

Отличное расположение. Рядом пляж. Сам отель находится в тихой уютной зоне города, вдали от шума. Чтобы добраться до самой инстаграмной части города мы пользовались машиной. В целом добраться до еды или веселья вас тоже потребуется машина, ну или автобус. Номера просторные. Есть ванна (поймут не все). Очень эстетичная атмосфера отеля, аутентичный дизайн. Мы в восторге. Завтра, как и в любых других отелях. Наелись как следует. Очень рады, что остановились. Выбирал долго, но поверьте, отель стоит своих денег.

I stayed in this hotel for one night for catching the early ferry on the next day. A cozy hotel. I booked standard room. It was in decent size with small balcony. The room was clean and bright, well air conditioned. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Knowing that we had to leave early and not be able to take the breakfast at normal times, they purposely prepared breakfast for us earlier. Special thanks to Mr Selim and Mr Mehmet for their kind help. Very much appreciated. I recommend this hotel for a short stay.

湾を見下ろす丘の上の高い素敵なホテル。美しい庭園と庭園に通じる部屋。素敵な部屋も、本当にとても素敵です。町まで徒歩約15分、遠くはありませんが少し離れています。小さなブティックホテルなので、アメニティに関しては限られており、ジムはありませんが、プールエリアは素敵です。朝食は残念で、食べ物の非常に基本的な供給であり、オムレツやジュースには追加料金であり、コーヒーはお湯でネスカフで、標準以下で、これに驚いた。これは本当に唯一の否定的で、彼らが改善できるものでした。しかし、全体的に私たちは滞在を楽しんだし、周囲はきれいでした。

Overall a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is great and the daily housekeeping service is very good. There was one gentleman who was really very nice and helped us figure out the bus to the airport. He even drove us to the bus stop to show us where it was. It was just a few minutes away but really nice of him. Some cons and things to take note of: 1. Most staff DO NOT speak English. They use google translate which is effective for the most part, but tough if you need to have a discussion. 2. The hotel page mentions airport drop of free. The hotel claims it’s not included and impossible to have a discussion so couldn’t do much. Not sure if this is a trip.com issue or a hotel issue. 3. Breakfast really is very good. But it’s a fixed Turkish breakfast so if you have dietaries this may be tough. The staff would casually ask “tea,coffee, juice?” as though it was all included and then when we were checking out we get a bill of £40 for a few coffees. Seems only the tea was included. When we told them no one informed us if it was chargeable, all they did was offer us 2 coffees in the morning to compensate. Really not okay. 4. LOUD MUSIC. There is music playing loudly till 1am. The first 2 nights it was a bit quieter and shut off by 12. But the last night it went on till 1am. When we complained around 12 they said oh this is normal but now since some guests have complained we’ll reduce the volume. Really didn’t make much of a difference. Last night there, completely spoilt the lovely few days we had there.
