Great hotel! I have stayed here three times. I have to come to Atlanta almost every month and this has been my place to stay the last three times. Easy parking (self-park or valet). Beautiful lobby and very nice rooms. Great bed and bedding. Clean and comfortable room. Nice size bathroom and great shower. Great housekeeping and daily cleaning without request. Wonderful, professional and attentive staff. Everything is clean and well-maintained. This is a great option and close to many stores. It also has a beautiful area to go for a walk. If there is a big event, conference or concert it does get crowded. The only downside is the restaurant does not have a lot of options and there is no room service if you want to stay in and enjoy the room. Overall, I will keep staying here when I am in the Atlanta area. Thank you to the staff and housekeeping!
I recently had an outstanding experience with Wayne, at the Atlanta Marriott Peachtree Corners, that truly exceeded my expectations. Wayne not only resolved my issue promptly but also followed up to ensure everything was as we discussed. Thanks to his immediate response, I was able to get the issue (which was my mistake) fixed, and my company’s concerns were extinguished. Wayne provided excellent customer service and professionalism, along with treating me with compassion and concern in my panic state. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional service I received from Wayne and will be recommending Marriott – specifically the Atlanta Marriott at Peachtree Corners - to colleagues, family, and friends.
I stayed at this hotel whilst on vacation with my sons visiting family in Atlanta. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by the very friendly staff member Sandy, she gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel at home. She couldn't help us enough and having had a really bad experience on our first night at a different hotel by the airport, this was such a different experience. We ended up staying 5 nights in total and I would highly recommend this hotel. Rooms were lovely, clean, very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too, great location for getting around. Thanks to Sandy and all the staff, you really made our visit a memorable one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I want to start by saying that I have great respect for the Marriott brand. The reason for this complaint is that I experienced one of the worst and fastest stays in a hotel room in my life. My wife and I reserved a room at the Residence Inn in Duluth GA. As it was our wedding anniversary, we had high hopes and expectations for a hotel under the Marriott umbrella. We arrived late due to flight delays but kept in contact with the hotel personnel. When we got there the staff person assured us that we were given a room upgrade. However, the room was completely unacceptable and in an uninhabitable condition. As soon as we walked in the room, there were noticeable stains on the couch, black soot like dust on and around the vent in the sitting area and a strong moldy / musky odor. We went into the bedroom next and noticed that the pillows were dirty along with the sheets; the walls were stained with unknown substances; there was a noticeable dip in the floor by the tv; there were lamps on plugged in that did not work; the restroom had soap and toothpaste stains visible under the hand towels on a glass shelf; the toilet paper holder was hanging off the screws from the wall; the tub has mold rings around the top of the tub, faucet and drain; the tub floor appear to have dirt on it and we did not feel safe or comfortable with the sanitation of the room. Also, whatever the smell was triggered my asthma so we checked out urgently and found a room through another hotel chain. When we informed the front desk personnel of our concerns, he was very understanding and refunded us for the entire reservation. He told us that the hotel completed renovations for one side of the compound, but did not on the side that we were booked for. He mentioned that some of the rooms are really bad but he wasn’t sure which ones exactly. I am extremely disappointed in the accommodation and the fact that a reputable organization such as Marriott’s standards were so disappointingly low. Attached are some of the pics…
This hotel was super clean. The complete staff were kind and very accommodating. It only had 8 floors but there were enough that our family and friends were spread across the hotel (to keep us sane). It was across the street from various shopping opportunities though the hotel offered everything one would need. Breakfast omelets were amazing and very filling. The beds were very comfortable. My only issue was no microwave in the room but I understood that too as they served food on site. I went for a birthday celebration and the ballroom set-up was really nice. The food was exceptional at the banquet food line. They allowed us to set up a photo booth in the hallway which helped with those wanting to do pics keep out of the way of those wanting to dance or socialize.
ゲゲストI have stayed here several times and this is probably my best pick for NE Atlanta area with a large mini-fridge. I don't think they have efficiencies(kitchenette). Rooms are well maintained. Upgrades have nicer artistic furniture. Pool closed over winter months.
This was a good stay as I was performing in town and this stay allowed me to be able to perform without having to commute back home for an hour and thirty minutes. The stay was great and I will most likely stay again.
I booked Comfort Inn through *********** due to its proximity to Stone Mountain and other attractions we were interested in.I was a little hesitant after some of the reviews, but figured we were not going to be there very much, and I've stayed in some pretty rough places. After staying here for 4 nights, I legitimately only have a few minor complaints. This hotel is old and tired, in need of a desperate renovation, but that did not take away from the comfort of it. Had some of the more comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on, and floors were quiet, which provided a restful nights sleep. My biggest complaint is that I canceled a different hotel because *********** stated it had a 100$ Security Deposit, this one did not have one listed. To my surprise, at check-in, right on the counter, there was a paper that stated a 100$ refundable security deposit was required...so that was a little disappointing. The pool area looked nice but was under maintenance for our entire stay. The breakfast was a normal contentintal hotel breakfast. One review stated its hard to find...I wouldn't necessarily say it's hard to find...just a bit of a inconvenience as there is only 1 direction in and one direction out...you can only turn right out of the hotel and have to basically make the block to go anywhere. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The housekeepers serviced our room every two days... but would give us fresh towels anytime we asked. The staff upgraded the door locks during our stay, they let us know up front that they were going to be doing this, that once it was done, we would need to get a new key....so we did so...but we were only given one key due to them not having many of the new key cards. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, while the place could use a good updating and maybe a little painting and cleaning. We would consider staying here again.
Do not stay here. Infested with mold. ****** indians give moldy rooms to black people and clean rooms to white people. Pretend to be nice to black people and ask them to leave good reviews. I repeat, do not stay here! You will quickly notice there are no white people on the first floor which is the diertiest.
ゲゲストWhat’s funny I didn’t stay at this Hotel in the dates of the 7 and 8 due to at this point I feared for my safety. I accidentally booked to earlier that day due to my job assignment had changed.
But then they reassigned me to area so I rebook and was told I couldn’t cancel previously booking which I understand but since I had been a customer for week now I was still staying so I was confused of why the matter couldn’t be resolved better than it was through the Management telling me rules are rules and now I would of had to pay for 2wice for the same room because of Rules
WOW okay.
So now I can tell my friends AMD family don’t look or e spect Red-roof to be a Great Costumer Service experience.
O I actually slept in my truck that night due to not knowing the outcome of this situation between me and the management at this red roof location.
It so so sad due I Neva complained of the roaches and dirty bathrooms I had to reclean each time I stay there and the constant people knocking on the fire cause the drug dealers ruin the hotel in this area
And even their on Redroof representatives couldn’t convince this location to work me that day
But they will not have to worry about this Guy booking Red-roof AGAINS
I foolishly paid for a week's stay online and then arrived to find an frighteningly empty lobby with an oversized tablet at the ”check-in” desk. The person in the videoscreen allowed me to see the room and a guy appeared and took me back to have a look. To be generous, the ambiance was military-warehouse with a double bed occupying 90% of the room and a tv on a dilapidated particle board box inches from the foot of the bed. I found another place to stay without missing a beat. But then, the hotel wouldn't give me a refund because I hadn't checked out. So, I went to the hotel again to check out and they prohibited my checking out OR checking in. They flat out refused to check me in or out in spite of my standing right there, and they had never given me a key so I had no access to the room at all. Still, they blamed me for their refusal to give me a refund because I didn't check out (they hadn't allowed that). I couldn't check in, and I couldn't check out, and they were just going to keep all the money I'd paid for the week's stay. That's the place. Expect the worst.
