こんにちは、ここでの滞在は素晴らしかったです。カスタマーサービスは最高でした。私たちはチェックインすることができ、私たちに仕えた人はとても親切でプロフェッショナルで快適でした。彼女の名前はアンジェラさんでした。もう長い一日でした。私たちの教会グループは、ジョージア州からブッシュガーデンを訪問するために来ていました。この長い旅行の後、素晴らしくタイムリーにチェックインできるのは素晴らしかったです。アンジェラさんがチェックインしてくれて、支払いの処理に関することを説明し、部屋について知らせ、鍵を手に入れてくれてとても役に立ちました。私たちの部屋は素晴らしかった。素敵で清潔で、よくまとめられています。睡眠は素晴らしく、経験するのはさわやかでした。私は間違いなくこの施設を他の人にお勧めします。

Very clean and smells good

This Home 2 Suites is conveniently located near Busch Gardens, USF and Moffitt Cancer Center. It is clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, the suites are well equipped, and the hotel is very well managed. The staff are very friendly and work hard to accommodate their guests. The only negative about this hotel is the loud traffic, so if that will interrupt your sleep, request a room on the back (west) side of the hotel, which is much quieter. The manager is so amazing, she actually provides earplugs in every room in the event the noise is too much to bear! Sadly, this is not something she can control, the hotel was built without much thought to the traffic situation, but she has found a way to deal with it! That's good managemenrt! Stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Was visiting my son for USF family weekend and decided to book this hotel based on the proximity to the university. Hotel is under renovations which I knew before booking . Parking needs to be paid separately is not complementary. Room is average and my biggest complaint is how small the toilet and shower area is . The room didn’t have any complementary toiletries and since I brought my own I didn’t bother to ask at front desk . Friendly staff and good breakfast. Maybe will stay here again after renovations are completed.

私の娘は最近USFで最初の年を終えました。私は約3時間離れて住んでいます。これは私がタンパエリアを4回目に行ったことです。以前の3回の滞在は、Fowlerの「ブティック」ホテルで、初めてFowlerホテルがスケッチになった時から、訪問が劣化しました。だから、検索エリアを開き、Residence Inn Tampa@ USF/Medicalで宿泊予約をしていたので、とても幸せでした。センター。ロビーはフレンドリーなスタッフできれいでした-ロビーの外に持っていた「ミニマート」は、滞在中に必要なものすべてがいっぱい備えられています。ホテルの部屋のドアにタンパーの証明シールを見るのが大好きでした。そして、リモートコントロールは衛生的で、私のためにそれをした密封されたバッグ...にありました!部屋はきれいだった - 完全に備えられたキッチンはドアダッシュを時代遅れにしました。文字通り徒歩圏内にスターバックスがあるという事実は、私の滞在をより楽しくしました。。朝食の選択は新鮮で豊富でした。これは間違いなく私の娘を訪問するときの私の選択のホテルです!

This hotel is an absolute Gem! We have tons of family in the Tampa area and this hotel is our absolute #1 choice anytime we visit. It’s literally located a skip and a hop off the Fletcher exit exactly where we need to be. The hotel is located near almost every major attraction in the area including the University of South Florida and the Busch Gardens theme parks!! The cleanliness of this property is superior and the rooms are extremely spacious while traveling with our kids. The staff at this hotel are extremely courteous and always there to make our stay pleasant. Sheea Hicks went above and beyond to acknowledge our Titanium Elite status and upgraded our suite. Sheea always makes sure to check in with us throughout the stay and make sure it’s as pleasant as possible. If you are coming to stay in the Tampa area don’t think twice about the Courtyard on Fletcher.

We stayed here one night before heading out of Tampa on a cruise. The location was perfect & the area was safe & very clean. Lots of options for food & shopping. Perfect size suite for our family of 4. Loved the separate shower room & bathroom so we could get ready for the day quickly! Breakfast buffet was really good with lots of options for everyone & the team working were very friendly & helpful.
