Made us change rooms to do matienence on their schedule. Poor ac

We really enjoyed our stay. The room and bed was very comfortable, staff were friendly and accommodating. We liked having a restaurant in the hotel and the food was delicious. We liked the location of the hotel; it was walkable to shopping.

Sewer pipe water kept gurgling and backflowing into my toilet (room 323) the entire time I was there. It was so much water it would loudly gurgle and then spray out of the bowl onto the toilet seat and floor. This happened throughout the night and woke me up several times. This was very unsanitary and made it difficult to sleep.

I did not find on the app that there was no pick up at the airport after 10. I booked this hotel because it had airport transportation. I use a scooter. When I got up to check in desk the woman ignored me Apparently she was helping someone but she never acknowledged I was there Then she gave me the key but did not make it clear how to use the elevator. And there was no one to help me with my luggage etc to my room I was charged $10 for parking. I want it refunded t I don't have a car!!! I told the woman at the desk last night the charge quoted wasn't right She never said there was a charge for parking

All was fine with hotel…location great for airport travel. That said, their airport shuttle is useless. Not reliable as it fills up with other hotel pick ups first (even though you have to reserve a spot just to get on the shuttle). I suggest using Uber or Lyft to get to the airport even if, like I, you are not in a rush.

My complaint was obtaining my receipt. I stayed there a week ago, I still don’t have it. I happen to be in town tomorrow so I’m going to the hotel to pick it up because they had problems. Emailing I called them four times to get the receipt I never received it.

The room had 2 adjoining room doors, so it was so loud we heard everything. The towel rack was loose and hanging by the nail, the shower head was super low and leaked so bad you could only use one setting. Tub was slow to drain, and there was hair floating around before you even got in. However I did not see any bugs, and it wasn’t disgusting but it definitely wasn’t as clean as one would hope. It was inconvenient that they don’t just have a microwave in the room. The location is not great, I did not feel unsafe , buts it’s also not convenient for anything . One thing I will say is that was the comfiest bed I’ve probably ever slept in. I would say if you are looking for a quick nights stay, it’s definitely not that bad. But if you want a nice comfortable holiday, I wouldn’t recommend it .

Excellent stay here! Beds are very comfortable!! The shuttle service was great too! Thanks to ur excellent staff!

Although close to the airport , this hotel will need a good renewal, it looks old carpets look really dirty. Will not choose again Personnel was kind .
