The property was fine. The issue was with he room cleanliness. The staff didn't remove trash from the room even when it was requested.

We were unable to get there, due to a medical emergency while traveling there. I did contact the hotel to cancel the reservation and have had no luck in contacting ******* about a possible refund due to such extreme circumstances

The young lady at the front desk when I checked in early Thursday afternoon did outstanding work....very pleasant and cooperative. Sorry I don't recall her name.

Very clean and organized. The shower head was very large and it was a great shower! The bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept on in a long time in a hotel - I give it a 10 plus!

I have stayed in Fairfield Inns before and I would say that this one was not up to their usual standards. It was in a poor neighborhood, with really no place to eat nearby. The breakfast was also average.
