ホテル モンテタスコ(Hotel Montetaxco)

Muy bien todo en el hotel, ac en la habitación que funciona perfectamente, agua caliente a presión, plancha, burro de planchar, cafetera TV, cumple bien con todo lo básico, la vista desde la habitación en el segundo nivel es excelente supongo que en el tercer nivel aún mejor y supongo que en el nivel 1 no es tan buena así que trata de contratar del segundo nivel en adelante, el restaurante hermoso pero un poco elevado el precio con respecto a la porción y la calidad de alimentos, tiene el teleférico a un lado puedes ir y venir al pueblo usándolo pero al bajar estarás a 15 minutos caminando o 5 en transporte público. Tiene estacionamiento gratis para tu auto, una buena alberca que no usé, y gym y tiendas que no usé pero que ahí están, la atención es buena aunque fue poco lo que tuve que tratar con el personal pero se ven atentos y dispuestos. En general mi experiencia es buena y volvería a este hotel sin duda, también me di cuenta de que se tienen habitaciones con puerta contigua así es que puedes contratar habitaciones juntas y comunicarlas de esta forma para familias grandes.

Todo excelente y el personal es muy atento. Un hotel super familiar.

The hotel's location provieds great views of Taxco, but is not worth car/taxi/shuttle rides up if you are stay there more than 1 or 2 days. The staff is fantastic 5 stars.. The other con, is this hotel is outdated, it needs a major renovation.

Montetaxco Hotel is a great place to satey. Excellent service and the staff is very kind and always willing to serve. It's easy to go to downtown by taxi and the great benefit to stay in Montetaxco is a very quiet area

I had booked this hotel to visit Taxco with a friend. We were super excited to go, but then she had a medical emergency a couple of days beforehand and were no longer able to make it. We immediately called the hotel and it was very difficult to reach someone. When we finally did, we told them the situation, and even told them her doctor would provide a letter stating she could not go, and they said they couldn’t do anything and that we had to wait until the Marketing Manager (?!) got in the following day. We were so confused as to why we would need to talk to the Marketing Manager and asked to speak with the hotel’s General Manager. The woman on the phone said that she was the GM and didn’t have the authority to decide on a refund, which I find very strange. Long story short, we went back and forth for two days calling and emailing and never got a response. *******’s customer service had to handle the issue and the hotel refused to let us cancel and get our money back. Almost $200 wasted. SMH, never again!

The view is unique and the staff are very kind. They offer several forms of entertainment during the weekend.

Beautiful Hotel with great view of the City of Taxco. We arrived on a Saturday and Hotel had also featured some entertainment that evening for the guests. Room was clean and spacious.

We love the hotel at all, It Is private, beautifull, the taste ofnthe food Is amazing and the activities on weekends are faboulous. Thank you...

The resort is nice but I got sick having dinner there
