Residence Inn Temple

Receptionist was welcoming and professional. The check in process was quick. The room supplied all amenities we needed. However the sofa was worn out, the accent pillows were flat, dingy and worn out as well. The water wasn’t very hot. Everything was clean except the remote control which was sticky and dusty. There was dust around the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom doors. Also, closet mirror doors weren’t very clean and glass shelf hanging on side of bathroom sink was dusty. Other than that the room served its purpose for the one night stay. I would probably stay again if traveled back to Texas to visit my family, due to kitchen and large refrigerator, but would bring my own cleaning supplies to clean and disinfect to my liking.

Sink in bathroom didn’t work. Dirty shower(hair all over it) floor in bathroom was dirty and not mopped.

Excellent front desk staff. So polite and kind. Room very clean and comfortable.

Place is pretty run down and expensive for what you get. I guess because it’s an extended stay. Also pet fee was very high for a short stay.

Older property. Carpets old and stained. Linens didn’t fit mattress, had slept on bare mattress when awakening in am.

My wife & I just came for our anniversary just for a quick getaway. Check in was easy and the room was really nice. The full kitchen was a bonus

I really enjoyed my stay and will stay here again in the future.

The beds were comfortable. The rooms were nice. It just wasn’t very clean. The carpet smelled like dog pee. They never came and cleaned or changed the towels. I think we had a used towel hanging on the back of the door when we got there. Maybe they just don’t clean your room at a residence inn while you stay? I probably would not stay there again.

The first room given to us was near the side door entrance, with lots of traffic. The front desk staff was very accommodating in giving us another room far from traffic, ice makers and elevators. Thank you! The room was comfortable, large TV with lots of options, great shower, and comfortable bed. We were here in August and the a/c worked amazingly well given that it was over 110 degrees heat index! If I have to stay in Temple, this was a good choice.
