Total SCAM. We did not get the suite we booked and paid for and confirmed on our itinerary. The staff were disgustingly rude and aggressive when we asked for the suite we booked. Worst of all, they insisted they had not been paid by ******* even though I showed them proof. They argued aggressively that I pay again. Hotel old and looked like it was struggling. A total scam. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Staff was professional, courteous and very accommodating. The scenery was absolutely beautiful! A wonderful place if you want to relax and close to town.

The wifi was terrible which was very challenging since I had important calls. Not acceptable for the rate I paid. I also changed my reservation to two days but still got charged for 3 days of taxes and fees.

The grounds are gorgeous, and this would be a fantastic place to hold an event or travel with a group. The food was excellent, but the service quite slow, but very professional. WiFi speed was decent, but coverage was quite poor; the rooms don't get much signal. Cell service was also poor, so guests would hang out near the central building, where the WiFi reached. It is about 3Km (2 miles) from downtown Tepoztlán, which can take 20 minutes driving via the back roads. This also means the property is far enough away to be quiet and tranquil. In mid-December, the weather was cool but pleasant (light hoodie), with no scorpions. The rooms were cool to cold. Suite #1 has a sliding door made of metal and glass, very sturdy, and quite heavy. Water pressure was strong, and the shower got as hot as I could possibly want it. We got swedish massages, and they were quite good. The property is served by a water well, so we were "not told the tap water was safe"... so we got our water bottles filled at the kitchen. Every day. We saw several couples with their dogs.

I choose this hotel to make an event, after the downpayment , COVID restrictions begun and we had to reschedule. They said sure, it's ok. Later they told us they payment we made was lost, we tried even to use it for some nights and they told us they weren't getting our money back. They have a terrible management that constantly get change and no one is responsable for anything. It's an abuse for foreigners!! I'm sure I'm not the only one scammed. Beware I'm sure as they treat us they treat the people that stays here.

Beautiful hotel with a ton of green space, very quiet and serene. We had a fantastic experience and will be returning in the future.

Gorgeous, quiet getaway close enough to the town but far enough away to not hear the town like you do in other locations. Relaxing property, huge rooms, great toiletries, and wonderful staff. I highly recommend!
