This place is like a home from home. The team who run the hotel cannot do enough for you with nothing being too much trouble. It is right on the beach which is kept beautifully clean and is tendered by 2 wonderful ladies who take care of everything. Petros welcomes you and takes your cases to your room following a lovely welcome drink and easy administration. Rooms are beautifully appointed and serviced twice daily. Food is fantastic with restaurant staff really friendly and helpful. We are already booked to return. Thank you everyone.

Intimate, friendly , clean, great food, excellent staff, great rooms, what else is there to say. Had a week all inclusive and worth every penny. From Christinaros ( forgive the spelling) and all the staff in the restaurant , to Em and the beach restaurant , they will look after you with attention. Interesting journey from plane to taxi to ferry to taxi , it all went like clockwork. The only problem we had was with Greek passport control who seem to want to examine every page of your passport. If you want a holiday where you can chill and relax then this is it. Lastly the guests were brilliant as well, met some lovely people, never ever been on a holiday where it’s been so friendly. Thought it was more geared up for All Inclusive & not B&B like ourselves. Fridge/Mini Bar in room not very good as it turned off with the rest of the electricity when you were out. Would have been nice to have facilities for B&B customers, like a fully functuinal small fridge. Also the main pool had no Sun Loungers, just double beds which i thought was strange. Never saw anyone in the Pool all week. Beach was fantastic. Lastly, a real fustration of ours was no Menus anywhere, just QR codes. Call me old fashioned but would prefer to read a Menu rather than having to scroll through my phone everytime. Other than that a fantastic Holiday, highly recommend & 5 Star definetly.

This was our 4th stay at Alexandra Golden Boutique, and can honestly say it was better than ever. The staff are so friendly and welcoming - they just can’t do enough for you. Even the cleaning staff are something special - so cheery and helpful. We always stay as bed and breakfast guests as we prefer to sample local eateries in the evening, but we always enjoyed our breakfasts so much. The food varied each day and there is so much choice that all tastes are catered for. Our room this year overlooked the main pool, with a sea view beyond that. Perfect for chilling on our balcony. We have stayed in a different room each time and they are all extremely well appointed, with many items such as shower gel and shampoo, tea and coffee provided. We were delighted to be welcomed with a bottle of wine and a basket of fruit. Golden Beach is a beautiful bay and we love to be able to walk along the beach. Alexandra Golden Boutique has a prime spot almost in the middle of the bay, and the private loungers are an ideal place to relax, sunbathe and swim. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and will certainly return.

We have just returned after our second visit to The Alexander Golden Boutique Hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel with beautiful people who work hard to make sure you have a very special time. I want to say a big thank you, to Maria, Ioanna, and Kaliopi in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble. So welcoming and friendly. We upgraded our room to a suite (Room 501) and we were not disappointed, we had a lovely lounge area, amazing bedroom with comfy circular bed ( a bit strange at first but soon got used to it) and a Jacuzzi in the corner. A very large balcony with sun beds. Perfect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants peace and quiet, wonderful food and a great experience. We will definitely be back.

We have just returned from a lovely week’s holiday at this wonderful hotel, and honestly there is nothing negative to say about. It is fantastic. From the accommodation and the beach, to the food and the staff, everything was outstanding. We were in room 206 and it was lovely, with a private pool. Everything was kept immaculately clean and the well stocked the whole time we were there. The meals are buffet style, apart from a choice of two main meals each night at dinner. The buffet isn’t as large as some hotels we have stayed at, but this is to it’s credit, as the food is of a high standard. The staff couldn’t be any better. Every single staff member we met was polite, friendly and helpful. They even managed to fix my husband’s glasses when one of the arms came loose! It was fantastic service all round. The island of Thasos itself is beautiful, so combining that with this fantastic hotel, meant we have had a really wonderful holiday.

We visited the last 2 weeks of July. As soon as Anastasios the hotel manager found out we were celebrating our 45th anniversary he upgraded us. They baked a cake and food & drinks were gratis. Wonderful friendly staff.

Have just returned from 2 week holiday at this fantastic hotel. We don't usually do 5 star hotels when we holiday in Greece so this was always going to be an upgrade..... but what an upgrade! The hotel is wonderful but the staff that work there are something else! They couldn't do enough to ensure the holiday went perfectly, from the lovely staff at breakfast (we were there for B&B) to the wonderful pair (Christina and Nikos) that served drinks and snacks on the beach and also the delightful and friendly girls in reception. We were upgraded when we arrived to a sea-view and the room given was perfect including a lovely view from a perfect balcony. The food was also very good. Breakfast every day was something we both looked forward to with so much variation on offer. We also had dinner a couple of times which was equally as good. I'm really struggling to think of anything negative so this really was the perfect break.

The Alexandra Golden Boutique Hotel in Thassos is small, but beautifully formed. We spent a gloriously relaxing 14 nights there, and found everything first class, starting with the reception staff and continuing with all the other staff members we met, always friendly, cheerful and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and with more than adequate facilities, as was the bathroom. Food at the hotel was excellent, we only had breakfasts, with an abundance of choice on offer. Two swimming pools which were seldom used, not surprising as the beach, with very comfortable beds and umbrellas was clean and the sea was glorious. We would recommend this hotel to anyone, but please note it is adults only, and we look forward to visiting again sometime in the future.
