The hotel, staff, food, spa, view, everything is excellent! We spent one week at a superior suite with private pool and jacuzzi and it was great! Special thanks to the ladies from reception and to the lady (Sissy) from the spa! They were super nice and made our holiday lovely! Also, many thanks to the people in the restaurant and at the pool bar, everything was tasty, food, cocktails, beer, the place impeccable clean and the views breathtaking. Everyone with a smile on, we will sure return for a third time next time!

Blue Dreams Hotel in Thassos receives high praise, particularly for its exceptional service and attention to detail. Vegetarians will be delighted by the efforts of the chef, who goes out of his way to create delicious and tailored dishes. The guest relations manager and reception manager are noted for their outstanding hospitality, ensuring that guests have a memorable holiday. All staff members contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, always ready to assist with a smile.

My friend and I have just returned from a fabulous two week stay at this lovely hotel. When we arrived, we were greeted with a lovely refreshing drink following the journey and a very welcoming reception by Sophia (reception services supervisor). We had a slight hiccup with the room for the first night but I have to say, this was dealt with very professionally by Sophia, giving us an upgrade to a much more superior Executive Suite with private pool and jacuzzi for the rest of the holiday. All throughout the holiday Sophia and her team provided exceptional service. Nothing was too much trouble and we were always greeted with a smile and our names! We had a couple of issues, but to me that’s often where you see what the customer service is really like and they excelled every time. I would also to mention Dessi (guest services) who was an absolute star, greeting us always with a lovely smile and making you feel like you were the most important people there! To me, that is exceptional customer service. She was amazing and made us feel so welcome from Day 1, checking all was ok and again, if there was anything we needed to raise, she dealt with it straightaway. We both felt she went out of her way to ensure our stay at the Blue Dream palace was very special. Dessi knew the area very well and it was brilliant that she was happy to share that information and give us a great insight into the local traditions. We felt like we had a local guide! A very special thanks Dessi for all that you do and I know from talking to other guests they felt the same. It felt to me, by the way we were treated, that customer service was very important to all the staff of the Blue Dream Palace, who worked very hard often appearing to be there around the clock! The room and all of the hotel grounds were cleaned thoroughly daily to an exceptionally high standard and again nothing was too much trouble. We were there on a half board basis and there was an excellent choice for food, morning and evening. I highly recommend the omelettes made while you wait with a great choice of fillings! The spa treatment was amazing having tried out the hot stone massage and the aromatherapy massage too. Thank you so much to all the staff that made our stay so special. We would most definitely recommend the Blue Dream Palace and it will always remember this as a very special holiday.

Wow, this resort in Thassos is simply amazing! The views are like something out of a dream, with clear blue waters that will take your breath away. The staff is super friendly and always there to make sure you have a great time. The rooms are so comfy and the pool area is perfect for chilling out. It's the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of the island. I had the best time here and can't wait to go back!

The most perfect place, the hotel was amazing, the staff unbelievable attentive to every detail, every room had a fabulous view of the private beach and sea. We went half board ( breakfast and evening meal) there was plenty of choice, and different things on each day. We hired a car to drive around the island, which was organised by the TUI rep, with no hassle at all. The whole island is just rich with beautiful beaches and little villages to explore. All the staff were so friendly, courteous, and helpful, especially Dessi, who went above and beyond. We can’t wait to return next year, but this time for longer than a week. Thank you for giving us such a memorable experience x

Very nice place in Thassos. You have a lot of options, from a big pool, SPA, clean rooms and very good food. The beach is very close and you find there also a beach bar. I will come back for sure. Dessi from the Guest Services was amazing, very friendly and sweet. Sisi from the spa is also very good. ❤️

We had an amazing experience at this accommodation! The rooms are superb, and the staff is extremely attentive and friendly. The pools, both in the room and the outdoor, are very beautiful and well-maintained. The beach is also wonderful, perfect for relaxation. Highly recommend!

We stayed here back in 2019, and this Hotel is beautifull, the location is even better just beach based Luxury Hotel, we went here to celebrate our 5th year Wedding Anniversary on a Half Board Basis with a standard double room, once we have arrived at the Hotel they have upgraded us to a suite with Jacuzzi and private balcony, it's was amazing, there are not enough words to describe how beautiful this place is, and how amazingly well we were treated whilst on Holiday with them, I cannot wait to come back to this place, maybe next year for our 11th Wedding Anniversary, this year we are celebrating our 10th Wedding Anniversary at Rhodes staying at the Kresten Palace - @Krestenpalace in Rhodes and cannot wait for it, stay tuned!

This hotel has the most beautiful views. The staff were all great and we always had the warmest of welcomes from Ellena and Sophia at the reception. The food was lovely with a great selection for Breakfast and Dinner and the chefs and other staff were always ever so friendly. A short journey to Skala Marion and you will find some lovely taverna’s. A short journey in the opposite direction will find yourself in Limenaria with quaint shops and more lovely taverna’s on the waters edge.
