Residence Inn Houston the Woodlands/Lake Front Circle

ベッドルームが 2 つあるのはいいですが、その場所には深刻な更新が必要です。家具は使い古されていて、見た目が悪くなっています。森の中のようで、あんなに粗末な場所だったとは信じられない。ドレッサーはガタガタで傾いて不安定です。ただ古いだけ！プールは非常に古いもので、壁から剥がれていました。ホテルの状態には正直とてもがっかりしました。でも返金してもらえなかった

First time staying at this Residence in and the employees really made the difference. I was impressed with how customer centric and gracious they were. The customer appreciation activities they did were so nice and really made the trip more enjoyable than just a hotel stay I would absolutely stay there again every time I go to the woodlands

We needed a place to stay to attend a family funeral. This location was close to the church and had enough space to fit 4 comfortably in 1 room. The only knock I had during our stay was the bed and the rude awakening we got from the garbage truck emptying the dumpster at 6:30AM, right outside of our window. I get that it’s not the fault of the hotel but annoying nonetheless. On the flip side, the staff was very friendly!

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and rooms very well laid out. The breakfast was enough variety for me.

Room was great and comfortable. Not sure why the AC thermostat did not work as well as it was still warm in the room when we lowered the temperature setting. Breakfast was good tasting. Hallways can use some vacuuming and minor touch-ups on the walls and wall paper. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Only downside is the hotel is very noisy with sounds of people walking on the floor above all night

Great place. Thank you to Patti who checked me in. Thank you to the lady who made the breakfast buffet and the evening buffets. Great room and services. I will be back.

Guest appreciation party on 10/30 was nice. Staff was great. Vanity faucet is on it’s last leg.

The staff was so helpful with our 6:15 AM arrival, and made everything SO easy! We really felt like it was a home away from home! Breakfast was amazing! We will ABSOLUTELY stay here again when we are back in The Woodlands!
