Great experience! Staff was kind and friendly. May be the rooms could all be modernised from inside as the old tiles give a bit of a dull outlook. Lighting inside the rooms needs to be brightened too. Some rooms we booked didn’t have proper Air-con controls.

The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

Really loved this property, jus on the shoreline with a beautiful beach, jus 5 mins walk. Pools are really amazing with infinity pools. Loved the food in both the in house restaurants but bit pricy. Room is super beautiful with views and all the amenities. Overall good experience!!

A pristine property, with very well-appointed rooms, unparalleled hospitality by very well-groomed staff, and sumptuous meals. The beach access is private. Similar kinds of rooms offer a different view. The gym has all the modern machines.

We had a truly amazing experience! The location is mesmerizing and the food was simply brilliant. And I cannot extol the services enough! Right from Anetta at the entrance, to aneesh driving us around to Abhishek and Ravikumar at the Terrace restaurant and sanessh a conceirge, everyone was extremely welcoming. Special mention to Aneesh, who was our guy for every occasion. He is the definition of what service means and I was glad to make his acquaintance. Will definitely visit again

Superb experience with Leela, beautiful property location, excellent service, multiple terrific sundowners spots, awesome food , I was travelling with my nine month old daughter and the staff saw to it that we were completely comfortable, as it was our anniversary celebration they upgraded our room and also helped with a baby crib , special shoutout to Abhishek and ***ju from the terrace restaurant for excellent service A must visit if you are traveling to Kovalam

Very sad hotel, old and tired better to avoid. Only thing going for this hotel is the cleanliness and location is 10 minute to mall pal heights and 20 minute walk to ekamra park. Staff is very poorly trained or not even there. Food was basic and terrible. Avoid at all cost.
