Second time here, we will be back next year. We enjoyed it, everyone was very nice and helpfully. Everything at the resort was very clean. Natalia and Miriam at the poolbar were super friendly and take good care for the babyfood. Till next year

Great stay at Mynd. Friendly staff, everywhere very clean & stylish and great food. The €27 per person daily food and beverage credit is a great scheme and would recommend eating at Lallama restaurant when you get the chance - need to book in advance. Breakfast was excellent with good mix of healthy options alongside sweet treats and hot food. There’s a variety of swimming pools or a 5 minute walk to the Playa Dorada beach. Only thing to improve on would be to offer tea and coffee making facilities in room. But that will not put us off returning!

Loved our 10 night holiday at the Mynd Yaiza. When we arrived we were welcomed by the staff who were so kind and helpful. We stayed in a pool view room on the ground floor in the relax area which was so clean, well kept and really easy to get to. The open plan bathroom was really nice in making the room feel big and was nice to have the sink in the room area when getting ready etc but can understand why it isn’t for everyone. TV was GREAT, the chrome cast feature is really good and modern, means you don’t need to log into any account on the actual TV and can watch Netflix, Disney +, you tube etc. Really good hairdryers in the rooms too, much better than what most hotels offer. We loved breakfast, the staff here clearly work very hard and they were always on top of things. Food was more continental with a hot section of bacon, eggs, waffles etc. The pools were very clean and lovely, and the spa was just great. We used the free spa access (check your emails when you arrive). No reserving sun loungers here which is great, there’s plenty of them. Pool bar was amazing, great selection. In terms of location, the hotel is very close to the beach, straight down past the princess yazia hotel and you are there. Only a short and pleasant walk to the marina and main town too. Overall I really recommend this hotel. Had a great vibe to it and we loved our holiday here.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are clean and modern and staff are helpful. The location is good about 15 minute walk from beach and the main ***** in Playa Blanca. The breakfast was good. The weather was fantastic even in December. We had a room overlooking the pool and bar. It was quiet in the hotel so not a problem but you could hear noise from the bar so it might be problematic if it was very busy.

This was our second stay at MYND and it was just as great as the first. Ingrid the hotel manager is wonderful and so helpful. There was a mix up with our room so we received an upgrade. To clarify for others: superior rooms do not have a private balcony. This was important for us as we have a two year old on the loose and we were told superior rooms have private balconies: they do not. It is only suites that have these so you may wish to bear in mind for toddlers especially - they could run off. Clean, comfy and spacious hotel grounds! However, the splash pool for kids was absolutely freezing and it was sad to see it standing empty for a lot of the time. When children went in they were shivering minutes afterwards, including our little girl. Usually warmed up by the end of the day though so we tended to use it at this time. Entertainment crew were good but especially JENNIFER. She was amazing. She took time to interact with the children. She always came to say hello to us in the day too. Our little girl would wake up in the morning and ask to ‘see Jennifer’. When we were out for our evening meal she would be saying ‘go dancing with Jennifer’ so a special thank you Jennifer for making things super fun and special for our daughter. Pool bar food is really good in my opinion. We ate lunch every day at the hotel and we went out for our evening meal. That’s the great thing about the hotel. If you go half board, you can spend your resort credit however you want so you don’t have to have dinner in the hotel every night if you don’t want to. We love eating out evenings so perfect arrangement for us. I’ve got to say, we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Lanzarote at the moment with a young child. Just a short walk to the beach and all the shops so the location is spot on too!!

MYND Yaiza is a lovely, welcoming and chilled hotel in Playa Blanca Lanzarote. It's our place of choice, being ideally located 10 minutes from Playa Dorada beach, and then another 10 minutes walk either way to Playa Blanca itself or the Rubicon Marina. The staff are friendly, smiling and cannot do enough to help you have a good stay. There's a good spread for breakfast and the pool snack bar is handy for lunch, the pizza being excellent. If we're in Lanzarote, this is where we stay 👍

We stayed at the end of April for a week this being our second visit, upon arrival we were greeted by Iris and upgraded to a wonderful room with a lovely view over the relax pool, this time we stayed half board which worked absolutely perfect for us as we had snacks and drinks in the day and ate out in the evenings which is what we prefer,breakfasts are really good especially liked the fresh fruit, so much choice. The hotel is fresh and clean in all areas. Special mention to Iris and Alexa who will sort any problems, always with a smile, Estefania at the pool bar and Jennifer from the childrens entertainment who came and had a lovely chat with us on our last day even though we had no children with us, what a lovely young lady she is. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel which is so well kept. Never seen a hotel so clean and tidy, the grounds are immaculate. The good points: Very clean hotel Good location - 10/15 minute walk to Playa Blanca Town. Short drive to Rubicón Marina. Would recommend the family room as it has a bedroom and then another room connected by a corridor (no door) with a pull out sofa bed. It is very compact but it worked well for us as we had a separate room to use whilst our toddler was asleep in the bedroom on the evening and there is also a small outside seating space in front of the hotel room. Food at the hotel is lovely, we didn’t have a bad meal. The breakfast selection for us was great, albeit a little cold. The bad points: The self check in doesn’t work. After a long day of travelling we tried multiple times to use the check in screens but it didn’t work. We waited for a member of staff but no one came for around 10/15 minutes. Eventually someone was available but as you can imagine there was a small queue at this point so we had to wait some more. Once the staff member was available, they were lovely and so helpful. Think it would be far better to have multiple staff available instead. The pool that is heated in the family area is not the splash park so in the colder months, it is completely unusable. The pool that is heated, is only slightly. Our toddler still couldn’t use the pool as it was too cold for her. The restaurant and pool bar was open at specific times so there was a window mid day where there was no where to get food from. With toddlers who like to eat a random times that’s not always ideal. There also was never any staff and the staff was super slow. Overall, a great stay with a toddler just a few improvements needed to make it 5 star
