ランドゴード デ ロセップ(Landgoed de Rosep)

Upsides: Extremely beautiful and very relaxing surroundings. Lovely park. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic. Good wine list. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Downsides: No milk in the coffee machine for breakfast, bed was shaped like the inside of a football, no toilet brush and one last thing that makes no sense. Why is the coffee cup in the room too small for the amount of coffee coming out of the machine when both the machine and the cup were the same brand? It simply doesn't make sense.

Booked a room in this hotel last weekend. When entering the room we see that the floor is full of stains. There is a thick layer of dust on the furniture. There is also a layer of dust on the remote control. The shower hose is defective, more water comes out of the hose than the shower head. Reported this to reception, the employee was willing to help. She gave us another shower hose, this one wasn't much better. In the end she brought us another shower hose, this was better than the previous two. We were quite disappointed. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, a wide variety of bread and spreads.

Nice place, swimming pool, restaurant, wifi, parking, clean, confortable what else do you need?

Many many thanks for the Great Service ! Everything I needed und asked they ve done their best and made it . Ex , bikes to Rent , extra Night reservieren . Also they ve sent me quickly to Germany my lade cable ( E - Auto ) that I forgot at the Park area. We had a Great Time and would come again !

Lovely hotel and great views out into the countryside. Food was excellent and we had a great dinner on the second night with a lovely waiter looking after us. Staff were all very friendly throughout and the rooms were comfortable. Can't really fault it.

I see I am not the only one who was disappointed after their stay in this hotel. I can't really say that the rooms were clean: cobwebs in every corner of the room accompanied by their inhabitants, mould in the bathroom, some members of the staff weren't all that friendly. Also a huge pity that little children (aged till 12) were allowed in the sauna and pool area without anyone watching them. Hence: screaming and for us no relaxing and that's was the reason why we booked this weekend in the first place: a wellness weekend. Good things: the lady in the bar was very nice and interested, her male companion who was attending the bar the next evening should follow her example. A luxurious breakfast with a wide choice of products. Beware of the coffee; better order a capuccino or have tea. We had a massage and that lady had magic hands. I wish she lived in my neighbourhood.

Prijs kwaliteit staat niet in verhouding. Ligging vh hotel is prima, kamer is ruim en schoon. Wel zeer gehorig, kan letterlijk de buren verstaan. Geen hor in de kamer en of airco. Raam kan open, echter heeft geen beveiliging, bv een veiligheidsstang of raamsluiting met slot. De kamers zijn notabene op de begane grond! Gaat wat worden als het erg heet is in de zomer! Douchen in de badkuip, dit kan echt niet. De doucheslang komt steeds tegen het lichaam aan, de ruimte is krap. De douchestraal is matig. Eetzaal, heeft de opstelling van een klaslokaal, vreselijk. Zitten als Karel eendjes naast elkaar, kan een vorkje meeprikken bij de buren….zo ongezellig. Het fietsenhok is te klein en staat propvol met fietsen, zijn veel te weinig oplaadpunten voor elektrische fietsen. Gezien het bovenstaande raden wij dit hotel niet aan.

POSITIEF/NEGATIEF (1)Het eten was peperduur (goedkoopste hoofdgerecht 39 euro) maar zeer lekker en professioneel opgediend. We hebben exact 50 minuten moeten wachten aan tafel voordat ons eten werd opgediend. Er waren op dat moment maar 6 mensen aanwezig in het restaurant (niet druk dus). (2)De omgeving is mooi en heerlijk rustgevend. NEGATIEF (1)Airconditioning niet aanwezig in de kamer die wij toegewezen kregen. Airco defect en afgeplakt. Dit terwijl wij wel betaald hebben voor een kamer met airco. (2)Er lag een grote plas water onder en voor de koelkast bij onze binnenkomst. De vloermat was nat, had meteen mijn sokken kunnen verwisselen bij het trappen in deze nattigheid. (3)Wifi voor de ps5 is geblokkeerd/niet mogelijk. Mocht je dus kinderen meenemen die hun playstation willen aansluiten, dan is dit hotel daar niet voor geschikt. (4)Telefoon die aanwezig was in de kamer was defect. De balie op eigen belkosten moeten bellen of er steeds heen lopen. (5)Roomservice informatie is onduidelijk in de kamers. Op de website en bij de boeking staat vermeld dat hier wel sprake van is bij dit hotel maar in de kamers zelf is er geen menukaart aanwezig of enige info over het te bellen nummer voor room service. (6)Ongepast halfnaakt schilderij hangt in elke kamer. Op de website staat dat dit hotel ook bedoeld is voor gezinnen; in die zin vind ik het zeer ongepast dat dit er hangt. (7)De kamerdeur was kapot. Hij valt wel dicht bij het dichttrekken, maar als je de deur van buitenaf induwt, valt hij open. Wij kwamen terug van het ontbijt en zagen onze deur op een kiertje staan.... Spullen bleven er dus onbeheerd achter, zo bleek. (8)Na al deze klachten te hebben aangegeven, werden wij dezelfde dag nog verplaatst naar een andere kamer, die deze voorzieningen wel heeft. Vervelend het verhuizen. Ik heb het overigens als zeer beledigend ervaren te weten dat er een kamer beschikbaar is met al de voorzieningen waar ik voor betaald heb, en de medewerkers bij de balie het in hun hoofd krijgen ons dan toch een gebrekkige kamer toe te wijzen.... Wij verdienen een tegemoetkoming voor al deze ongemakken.
