オーベルジュ ロイヤル パルマス(Auberge Royal Palmas)

We stopped here for lunch in the restaurant as part of our tour. The restaurant was comfortable with good views of the gorge. The set menu was very tasty and included the Berger omelette followed by fresh fruit. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay and clean rooms .... Friendly staff. If you came for meal you can stay and swim in their fantastic pool .....and lovely roof with a good and panoramic view..........................................................

Where do I begin?? We stay in probably dozens of hotels each hear and this is by far the worst hotel that we have stayed in in20 years. The main problem is the room. The entire room was more like a run down backpacker dorm. Nothing worked! The sheets, and indeed the sheets of our fellow travellers, were pilled and ancient. It felt like sleeping between sheets that were impregnated with sand. The bed was rock hard even by Morocco standards. The bathroom was even worse. It was a shabby little box within the room an and had zero ventilation. The bath towels were tiny, really Ould and stained. The shower head was missing and the poor hotel receptionist had to come up and fix it. There was no hot water and the same poor receptionist had to go up to the roof to start the hot water heating system. There was mo shelf for the soap or anything else in the entire bathroom. The soap was the size of a thumbnail and didn't produce any lather. On the positive side, the young receptionist did his best to address all of the problems. The views, especially from the rooftop terrace, were spectacular. All in all a real shocker. Stay somewhere else.

Great restaurant for lunch or dinner. Delicious tagine and chicken and lamb skewers. Very clean place and if you come for a meal you can stay for a swim in their fantastic pool. You can stay here too.

Lovely rustic / basic hotel near Todra Gorge. Rooms were clean, safe & quiet with good air con. Food was freshly prepared and tasty. Nice calm, quiet ambience with stunning views and great pool / roof terrace. Staff were very helpful & friendly.

Manque de professionnalisme de la part du patron : aucune attention et aucun service aux clients! L'attitude et le comportement du patron exécrables aussi bien vis-à-vis des clients que du personnel du restaurant. J'avais demandé gentiment s'il pouvait me rajouter des légumes dans l'assiette de tajine il m'a donné une réponse négative en mettant en porte-à-faux le serveur qui avait répondu positivement à ma demande. Rapport qualité / prix disproportionné les quantités sont minimales et les repas pas bons. Adresse à déconseiller
