At check in they said they clean the room every third day. After asking for room service they didn’t do it until day 6. They made us bring down our dirty towels to the front desk to get new ones claiming it was not their job. I guess its my job to pay for the room, do the laundry and take out the trash. Needless to say there are 10 other hotels within 3 miles, avoid this one. I travel 90% of the year and this was one of the worst.

I traveled to my hotel and could not stay due to my room not being clean nor any other rooms being available per manager Amber who also refused to give her last name as well as any receipt for me for proof of purchase. The room was also very strong with bleach masking other smells, and I could not breathe, Amber (manager) and Christine (cleaning lady) got angry then replied what else are they supposed to clean with and ignored my request. The bed had visible staining as well as hair from the bed pillows to the floor, but the manager told me it's nothing she can do and asked me to leave by telling me I can go.

The bathroom didn't offer shower gel or lotion. The bathroom fixtures looked a little older, but it was great! Microwave AND fridge! Loved that!

Convenient to the highway but constant 1 or 2 individuals roaming the parking lot at night smoking, could not tell if they were guests or not. Room had previous guest's garbage unemptied and food left in fridge. Toilet seat was very old and worn, room was otherwise clean. Bed comfortable. Older property that is trying to remodel but much more to be done.

Kathy who usually did breakfast was great every morning and made sure items were fully stocked and coffee was always available

The hotel is pretty basic and ok I used the gym but the eliptical trainer was broken and the treadmill kept stopping and was extremely loud. The tv in the gym area would not turn on and the water dispenser was empty. The included breakfast was very basic on styrofoam plates. I drink decaf coffee, but none was available The iron in my room was really old and very dirty and in order to use it I can to clean it with a bathroom towel which I think I may a badly soiled in doing so. The desk clerk who checked me in could not have been nicer. It was in expensive and it’s in a convenient location in Sylvanja
