We didnt get past the check in desk. The lady trying to help was very nice, but we booked 1 night at this location through travelocity and the computer system changed to where they cannot do only one night. Our reservation was Cancelled without notification to us unfortunately

The pictures are misleading because there is no breakfast. I did see one review that specifically said they had breakfast and there is a picture of breakfast on *******. The first check-in lady was great but when we couldnt access the side door we were greeting with a lady who didnt appear to ha e any motivation to try and solve the problem or even apologize. When she came out of the office she actually just looked at us and didnt say anything. There wasnt really a cleab place that you went in there. Overall i had a bed to sleep in and could see my car but i will never stay here or an extended stay again.

The room and entire floor smelled of smoke and bad food. It felt very unsafe in the parking lot with several people gathered in the corner where there were no lights. There was no remote for the TV, shampoo, hair dryer. Only a bar of soap. It was just a bad overall experience. Price was increased because of football game that made it even worse.

One word: Gross The place smelled. Elevator was broke, and people who worked there could care less. Floor in room was nasty. Towels had grease on them, and sheets had stains. If possible I would give them a negative number. 1 is not low enough.

Always had good experiences with extended stays until this one. Firstly, no front desk attendant on arrival. Elevator was out of service. Stairwell had trash and reeked. Hallway was filthy. The room was poorly stocked. Carpet stained, rusty appliances, room smelled and beds were much smaller than advertised.

Don't stay here if you hope to sleep!! My sister was going into the hospital for major surgery, (and the front desk knew it) so I reserved her and her husband a room for 2 nights since they live almost 4 hrs away. They both said it was the worst night ever- beds were hard as bricks, totally noisy- the people upstairs were dragging furniture around and making a lot of noise. They yelled up at them, and it stopped for a short while, but soon were up to it again. It was so bad that my sister refused to spend another night there, and endured the entire drive home over bad roads straight out of surgery. I so regret reserving the room there....

Desk area smelled like smoke, there is no breakfast as advertised. Hallways and elevator floors are filthy. Furniture in room was worn and torn. Bed sheets were scratchy. Room was heavily cleaned with bleach (probably not diluted) our eyes, throat, and nose burned. Floor was sticky. Desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Housekeeper was friendly.Dirty folded towel in bathroom. Property has potential to be better.

They could no get my card verified so we did not get to stay

I didn’t get to check in or stay. Office was closed I will dispute this charge on my card as well if I don’t get a refund
