"Check in was a breeze with self service coffee and tea station at their reception. They provide some useful tips around the area and a map for reference. We stayed on the second floor which I don't recommend if you are carrying big luggages. Try to get first floor for convenience since the view is still great. Parking is free for hotel guests right at door step and widely available. Coin machines ain't working during my stay (tho reception lady claimed it was working during check in). Had to make a run all the way back to the counter to get coins changed (laundry room and reception isn't even that exactly near). Washer didn't even spin dry my clothes during wash mode and I had to wash twice before | throw it into the dryer. Costs about $2-3 each time."

"このモーテルはごく普通のモーテルですが、立地は最高です。公園行きのシャトルバス5番乗り場はフロントオフィスから約60メートル離れています。部屋は綺麗に装飾されていましたが、古さを感じます。フロントのサービスは良くなかったので、4つ星にしました。私たちが訪れた時のフロント係員は、ぶつぶつと話していて、あまり会話に乗らず、ただキーボードを叩いたり携帯をいじったりしているだけのようでした。また、彼の言葉も理解しにくかったです。スプリングデールのような観光地では、ホスピタリティスタッフにはもっと良い顧客サービスが期待できます。3月に訪れた時は、プールも製氷機もありませんでした。オーナーが製氷機を稼働させないなんて、馬鹿げていて安っぽいですね。1泊300ドルなら、最低でもこれくらいは当然でしょう。駐車場は無料で、チェックアウト当日は駐車させてもらえます。これは嬉しいですね。"
