ボヤージ トルバ - オール インクルーシブ(Voyage Torba Hotel)

Genel olarak her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Lagoon odalarda kaldık, kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Samimi bir ortam vardı, çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Asistanımız Meryem hanım ve Ahmet bey de bizimle güzel ilgilendiler. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. 🫶🫶

14-18 mayıs 2024 tarihlerinde voyage torba otelinde konaklama gerçekleştirdik.Voyage Torba oteline tek ısıtmalı havuzun yetersiz olduğunu belirterek ve Tekrardan bu otelde ailemle konaklama gerçekleştirebileceğimi belirterek deneyimlerimi paylaşmak istiyorum.14 mayıs salı günü otele girişimizi gerçekleştirdik. Voyage Asistanımız Gökçe hanım karşıladı bizi kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz.Daha sonrasında dönüşümlü olarak diğer Voyage Asistanımız Cansel hanım'da ilgilendi bizimle ihtiyaç ve isteklerimiz doğrultusunda Cansel Hanım'la çok diyalog imkanımız oldu sağolsun elinden geleni yaptı bizim için çok teşekkürler ediyoruz kendisine. Tesiste, mükemmel bir personel deneyimi yaşadık.Voyage Torba otelinin artılarından bahsedersek , Çocuklu bir aile olarak Kids Club'tan çok memnun kaldık ve personelleri mükemmel zaten onlar ön planda olmalı ki güzel bir tatil geçirebilelim.Bir dediğimizi iki etmeyen anlayışıyla memnuniyetimizi ön planda tuttular.Yemekleri , içecekleri ve zengin konseptiyle gönlümüzü almayı başardılar. 2020 den beri her yıl bu tesise konaklamaya gelen bir aile olarak, birkaç pürüz yaşadık fakat bu duruma göre aksiyon aldıkları için bu konuya bahsetmeye bile gerek kalmamıştır kesinlikle çözüm odaklı bir tesis .Voyage Torba otelini sevdiğimizi belirterek , tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle iyi çalışmalar diliyoruz.

Tüm ekip arkadaşlarına teşekkür ederiz. otel hizmetleri, etkinlikler, yemekler , temizlik ve asistanlarımızdan çok memnun kaldık. Meksika mutfağı , Türk mutfağı ve Ege mutfağında yediğimiz kahvaltı ve yemekler şahaneydi. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle, çok sevgiler

We stayed for 1 week at Voyage Torba in May 2024. The landscape, the Olive Garden rooms, the white houses and the well-cared-for green areas & vegetation makes it a SUPERB place. It is the most perfect and balanced mixture of Turkey & Greece. I enjoyed looking at every corner, it was beautiful. The fact that you stay in a separate house, away from noise and crowds, makes it so relaxing, quiet, intimate = the perfect conditions to have a good rest. We were given an upgrade & update for our room and the private little garden/terrace was an absolute gem. The food was also extremely good. We visited the A la Carte restaurants (extra payment needed). We liked the mexican one (Gracias) & the SteakHouse, where the meat was tender, juicy and delicious. At the Blue Voyage, even though the setting on the beach is beautiful, the food was mediocre. We recommend going to all the a la carte restaurants during breakfast & lunch. The beach bar staff were overwhelmingly polite, friendly and ready to bring you any drink you’d like, even a tailored one based on your request. I loved the fact that everything is served in glass (not plastic) and with paper straws. The beach & water are clean, the different options of sunbeds were amazing. The pattisserie with deserts was AMAZING! As dessert lovers, we were impressed with the macarons, millefeuile, and everything they had with hazelnut - simply divine. Our personal assistants- Diana and Nikolai, were amazing helpers. They were both lovely people, who helped with any tiny or big request, and were attentive to our wishes. Thank you both for your patience, effort and dedication. We left Voyage Torba remembering you and your high standard service, which brought a positive impact to the overall impression of our holiday. Hope to see you next time! What we didn’t like: In the main restaurant (Degusto) my husband ate olives with mold. Pictures attached. As soon as we discovered this, we took the plate and showed it to the Manager who was supervising the buffet restaurant. She treated it very lightly and removed the olives from the display after we insisted. She didn’t show any care. We complained to one of the General Managers about this, he was polite and apologised, greeted us every time we met afterwards, and send a bottle of wine and 3 apples as a room service gift, which was appreciated, but the disappointment came from experiencing this situation in such a place. The overall attitude was dismissive and lacking care, as we never expected to see such a critical food safety issue in a luxury, high end hotel. The cleaning in the room was pretty poor (the bed was made, plus toiletries and towels refilled). The room/bathroom was not properly cleaned, they left stains & splashes on the mirror, it looked very unprofessional. Our coffee cups were taken away and never replaced. The coffee capsules were refilled, but we didn’t have any cups for drinking that coffee:) this happened 3-4 days in a row. Had to reach for our assista

Fabulous hotel with an attentive mindset to details! One of our favourite parts of the hotel was the QR code menus within the hotel and we defiantly used it a lot at the beach, as you can order via QR code in your own comfort. All staff members were super polite and professional. Food quality was amazing and patisserie section within the hotel was worth visiting as it defiantly gives you a feeling you are at a fancy boutique patisserie. The vibe of the hotel defiantly fits within the Bodrum vibe. I want to thank the whole amazing team within the hotel! Plus, Cansel and Gökçe for assisting us personally throughout our stay and making us feel at home. I will defiantly visit a Voyage group hotel again for sure! Recommending it everyone I know!

Hit by truck: During our last day, our daughter who was still sitting in the buggy was hit by the truck near the entrance of the beach/gym. This was captured by the security camera and also observed by multiple employees. Luckily the buggy captured most of the impact and my daughter fell on the sand instead of bricks, otherwise she would be seriously been hurt. Now she only have a few bruises and was very scared and the buggy is damaged. This incident is not acceptable and should never have been occurred. Nothing to play for childeren between 1-4 years old: o Tugi Club (childeren club) outside :Although Tugi Club is very nice and the employees do a great job, there is not much outdoor play ground. o Tugi Club inside: There are multiple play items installed on the wall for children between 1-6 years old like the airplane and the crocodile. Unfortunately nobody is playing with it because it’s installed to high. Kids around 10 years old can barely reach it. o Swimming pool : There is nothing for children to play with at the 35 cm pools. o Waterpark :There are very limited space to play/swim/walk around. Facility: Rooms and resort is very big and beautiful Language: There are mainly Russian customers (70%). Employees barely speak any english but fluent in Russian. Most of the employee are not native but from Kyrgyzstan (they work very hard and make very long hours). Food: Degusto Buffet restaurant, The dishes are always the same (90% doesnt change for 7 days on a row) A la cart restaurant, You got many option to choose from but the chefs that cook the food is not top level. Meat are often over cooked wich wasted the good quality meat.

Spor Academy müdürü olan Dilara hanım informasyonu bilgilendirmeleri ve ekibinden Onur hoca, burcu hoca, sinem hoca , Oğuz hoca hepinizin dersleri harika teşekkür ediyorum Animasyon ekibinden Özge Güneş samimiyeti ve yaklaşımıyla muhteşemdi. Degusto ana restoran bölümünden mustafa demir, gülcihan aydın, kader kırca Detox bölümünden idris, yasin, necati arkadaşların profesyonel yaklaşımları ve güler yüzleri için teşekkür ederiz. Amazing resort. Service everywhere is amazing. The attention to details is second to none. Specifically I would like to a knowledge Idriz from blue and the chef, the captain of Gracias, the chef in Kabbapa is great. Everything was delicious

The vacation was enjoyable but the weather was always windy. The hotel's food is delicious and soo weight gaining, especially meat meals:) The paddle board instructor Ouzhan was very kind and polite, thank you very much. He encouraged me to stand on the board. Evening activities are nice. I have been to Bodrum before and I think I will come again. The airport takes 30 minutes. Thats nice!!
