Otel çalışanları çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. İlk defa bir otelde et yedim asla yavan tat yok tüm lezzetler çok iyi. Küçük bir otel yemek çeşitleri yeterliydi çok ve lezzetsiz yemek yapmak yerine yeterli ama lezzetli yemekler vardı.

ダブルツリー バイ ヒルトン ボドルム イシル クラブ リゾート - ウルトラ オール インクルーシブで素晴らしい滞在ができました。ホテルはあらゆる点で私の期待を上回りました。スタッフは信じられないほどフレンドリーで気配りがあり、いつでも笑顔でお手伝いします。リゾート自体は素晴らしく、美しい敷地とプライベートビーチがあります。部屋は広く、快適で、設備が整っていました。食事は素晴らしく、毎回さまざまなおいしいオプションが用意されていました。オールインクルーシブのパッケージは本当に素晴らしく、コストパフォーマンスに優れています。思い出に残る贅沢な休暇体験をお探しの方には、このホテルを強くお勧めします。

Possibly the worst service I've received in a hotel of this calibre. its clear some of these reviews with '1 contribution' are questionable It’s shame, because the hotel itself it kept spotlessly clean. Beach Bar closed (at night), sunset bar closed (at night), coffee shop closed, vitamin bar closed, niki closed. We expected some as per JET2 website, but not all of them The reception staff have literally no clue about this hotel, some of them couldn't even tell me which bar was which. Saying they were open when its clear they aren't. Pool wasn't heated when we arrived, and had to complain on numerous occasions to get it fixed, even with reception saying it was turned on! A la Carte was a complete Joke, the 3 restaurants had been merged into 1, obviously to save money. You are basically presented with 6 dishes without even asking for them, and then the menu is very limited, Service once again was absolutely awful. The hotel had a conference on for 4 days, with a massive influx of Turkish people giving no respect to the hotel, they shouldn't be mixing with hotel guests, but there they were in large groups smoking and dropping ash and cigarettes around the pool. Large groups of young men, making an atmosphere in the amphitheatre. There are a lot of Russian people, some were nice, but mainly rude, pushing in at the restaurant. I could go on, but i cant be bothered. The hotel could be so much better, but the staff are completely demotivated (and lack english language), maybe its because its end of season and they've had enough of the damn right rudeness of the Russian guests. Manners cost nothing Good bits, rooms are excellent, modern decor. would i go back? If the price was cheap, but unfortunately i cant see the prices dropping soon Shout to Mr Furken, guest relations - Hes the best! More people like him are needed. put this guy in charge of servie and the hotel might be better

This was my 2nd visit to duja bodrum the resort is stunning with amazing views we had a village room which was lovely. The Starbucks is amazing and iaas worked tirelessly all day. The pontoon down by the sea was our favourite place to be. Can definitely recommend the sebastian boat trip from the hotel which can be booked via the lovely gokhan or ati we were picked up and spent a lovely day on the boat and then dropped back it was very well organised. Compared to my first visit the service at this hotel has really slipped, trying to get a drink with your dinner is impossible and if you go to dinner early its like feeding time at the zoo and tables are not cleared quickly enough. The spa is amazing and we had hamam and massage for a very good price. Getting into bodrum is easy you can get the dolmus from the main gate is cheap and takes about 10 mins. The hotel always felt safe which is important for females travelling together and when re entering we always had to show our room cards to security. To sum up the resort is beautiful and has some really good parts but the poor service really lets it down! If your expecting 5* you may be disappointed.

The hotel has been renovated and the facility is generally nice, clean and tidy, the location and the sea are nice, the pools are sufficient. Few negative aspects: - The staff is new and inexperienced. The staff do not have any knowledge about the hotel at all. - During our stay ;the first week of August the hotel was completely full and the staff was insufficient. You may need to wait 1 hour for a hot snack.( lahmacun) - The rooms are generally nice but the sound insulation is very bad in bunglow type rooms. You can completely hear the sounds in the next room. - There is not much entertainment , there is DJ performing every night but no one really enjoys. - The main restaurant was left in darkness in the evening at dinner time during a power outage, the generator is insufficient. - The staff constantly asks for good comments about themselves to be written in google or tripadvisor, but the service received does not deserve a good comment. Insistent comment requests become unpleasant after a while. Overall hotel is ok for its price but dont keep your expectations high for here.
