The front desk person was pleasant and changed our room when I requested a different room. But there was only one person runnign the desk, calls, and requests. The rooms were small and not updated.

Friendly customer service checkin, good location next to lake and able see sunrise/ sunset and Aurora light. Only suggestion is the sliding screen door is unlockable, feel a bit unsafe in middle of night have slide screen open for fresh air in bed sleep if stay at ground level balcony room.

Staffs are very kind and helpful. Include BF is also good. I enjoyed this stay :)

房間看起來非常乾淨舒適，但是第二天我們被咬了並發現了蟲子（bed bug）。感覺是之前做過清理但是反覆了。前台馬上給更換了房間。非常感謝！希望酒店給與足夠的重視，採取更好的措施。比如使用防蟲床套和可以水洗並高温消毒的被褥枕頭。

房間不錯，衞生乾淨整潔，外面雪茫茫一片，很多人是來旅遊去看極光的，服務人員很熱情周到nice，優點是靠近機場，缺點是這邊中餐選擇不是很多。

it is a good place to stay; it is very convenient, near the airport, a 3-5 minutes drive away, some tourist attraction like Pioneer park, pikes ice bridge, and Fred Meyer. the hotel is very clean, they have free coffee at the front. but there is no housekeeping. they didn't clean our room for 3 days, so i assumed they didn't have a housekeeping daily. the staff was very friendly, except for the lady with the blue/red highlights on her hair; she was mean to my daughter.

Hotel was very clean, conveniently located next to a bicycle rental that's very cheap to explore the area. Lake was beautiful as well.

พนักงานบางคนดูไม่ค่อยต้อนรับ หน้าบึ้ง พูดกวน โรงแรมนี้ไม่มีอ่างน้ำร้อนตามที่เห็นใน application ตอนจอง ถามพนักงานต้อนรับแล้วเขาว่า ไม่มี

設施：這個酒店住了兩晚，設施挺新，大堂乾淨明亮，沒有陳舊的氣味。缺點就是洗臉盆龍頭水很小（不知道是節能龍頭還是什麼原因），窗式空調很吵（老美酒店的通病）。 衞生：衞生間感覺近年裝修過，乾淨。 環境：位於midtown，門口有家自助餐廳，附近都是連鎖酒店。 服務：機場接機挺順利，到達後打電話給前台，10分鐘車子就到了。司機幫裝卸行李，我給了小費。早餐：訂的含早，給了兩張早餐票。發現是按人收費的早餐，15.95/人，美式早餐，兩天除了水果沒什麼品種變化。水果很甜，其他一般。麪包麥芬炒蛋培根酸奶牛奶，沒有果汁。兩大兩小一起吃，收四人費用，另加18%的large group service。可以單點其他品種，應該是另外收費。

この部屋はかなり広く、2つのベッドは1メートル5で、4人で眠るのに十分です。私たちは小さなキッチンを予約しました。おばさんが私たちと一緒にいるので、外で食事をするのが好きではありませんが、この小さなキッチンは実際には鍋や鍋がないので、鍋がない限り、そうでなければ、私たちはユタ州に行き、鍋と鍋を持って行き、それを使うことができます。このホテルは空港で送迎できるので、私たちは空港バスを送るのがホテルのものです。しかし、2日目には空港へのバスをもう一度行うことができます。
