Our stay at your property was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. Bedrooms are large, beds very comfortable and quiet for sleeping. Supplying us with coffee was a treat in the morning. Thank you for waiting for our arrival after our flight was delayed. Definitely will stay again if the need arises. Thank you.

This property is in a fantastic location if you want to explore on foot. Close to airport. Parking is tough in Toronto but a municipal lot that is reasonably priced is just a few blocks away. Nick covers all the bases when you get there and gives you plenty of tips. Although the spot is in a pretty dense area, it is surprisingly quiet at night, even when sitting outside on the rooftop. There is a cop shop across the street but despite this, they are not a heavy handed or even very visible presence, but I would think it makes the location at least a bit safer. I was here on business and stayed with my business partner and we would both book it again

The host is very friendly and helpful. The house was cleaned and comfortable! I’ll stay there again when I have a chance.

We liked the location. We appreciated the owner assisted with the TV and allowed us to check in early to accommodate our plans. We liked having the washer and dryer to clean our clothes when we stained them. Overall very nice place. I would recommend having extra pillows and blankets available in each room.

It was easy and seamless check in. All keyless entry and I got a unique door code as they can generate a random code for each new guest. Walking distance to a lot of great bars and restaurants as well as public transportation

Great place to stay! Lots of great places all within walking distance. Beautiful rustic suite, clean and very spacious. St. Annes Suites highly recommended. Nick had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our long-weekend comfortable and memorable.

A quiet place with lots of charm, on a residential street with a lot of greenery in every direction. Walking distance to chain stores as well as cool specialty shops and markets. Good food all around. The apar**ent was inviting, clean and organized, with basic household supplies all stocked up already. Couldn't be happier. I arrived later than expected the first night, but Nick and his wife were there to let me in, welcome me to town, and answer any questions that I had - even at that late hour. That first interaction speaks volumes for how nice they are as people. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in Toronto.
