リバーミッド クリフ ホテル(Livermead Cliff Hotel)

We went as a group of 24 members of The Arts' Society. On arrival we were given our room keys while still on the coach. This efficiency was characteristic throughout our 4 day stay. Many rooms have a view of the sea. Our bathroom, although tiny, was well designed. The food was excellent both at breakfast and at dinner, especially so at the dinners. Service was impeccable despite there being many guests at the hotel.

Stopped off on a tour of Devon & Cornwall for one night Room was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable although the shower lacked some energy but was ok The venue is situated right on the sea front and has a small beach within less than 1 minutes walk The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and even though the hotel itself is a little outdated it is kept clean and tidy and for me it didnt make any difference to my stay. I had a meal in the restaurant as I didnt want to walk off into town and the food was easily on par with some of the best restaurants I have been to so no complaints at all with the food. There is a bar menu if you prefer which was pretty popular.

A dance weekend stay in this hotel. The setting is next to the sea and not far from Torquay. Excellent staff, the service couldn't be better or friendlier, from the reception onwards. The food was excellent with an efficient service a full dining area.

Had a group four night dancing break the last week of March. The bar staff and waiting staff looked after all our needs, and there were 40 of us. All meals were served promptly - dinner at 6.30 - with plenty of tasty choices. We are all experienced ballroom/sequence dancers, so to head downstairs into a surprisingly large and comfortable ballroom just made the break for us all. The break was organised from Leicestershire, so not sure if this is a regular dancing venue - but it ought to be. Half our party went by coach, we drove and had no parking issues. Buses are regular right outside the hotel.

Amazing lunch at a breathtaking location. Joined family for Easter Sunday and had a beautiful meal served by excellent staff who were welcoming and attentive. Easter chocolate on the table on arrival would have made the 5star review, but to then receive a lovely bouquet of flowers to each lady on the table was such a nice additional touch. Will definitely return, maybe for a stay. Nothing to fault from service to food to location.

Went to the Livermead Cliff Hotel for Easter Sunday lunch. Superb service, excellent food and will definitely be returning. The ladies all received a bunch of lovely Spring flowers - such a lovely touch and we all received little chocolate Easter bunnies. Great food, great service, good views.

Mothering Sunday Lunch. Excellent service and food. Staff helped with wheelchair access for my mother in law. Plenty of choice on the menu , well presented and cooked. We'll be back. Thank you Anthony and your staff for a truly wonderful Sunday lunch.

My wife and I enjoyed a weekend event at this hotel. The event on saturday night was one of the best dinners we have experienced. A large number of guests, all fed with an excellent meal, hot, tasty and well served. The room was comfortable, clean and well presented. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpul.

Our group of 150 plus always come to the Livermead Clif for our yearly Gather Conference which was only interrupted by the pandemic..the staff at the Livermead were as superb as ever right from the management, reception, restaurant and domestic staff who all work incredibly hard and give 100%...thank you !!
