Apartamentos Doña Lucía

We had the penthouse 4 bedroom for 4 people. Staff were lovely, superb location, beach to the front with pedestrianised walkway, with restaurants and shops and to the rear another pedestrianised street with shops and restaurants but not noisy. Three of the bedrooms have direct access to a terrace, one to the front and two to the back, with two sets of patio doors leading off the lounge /dining area all rooms have electric shutters and there are free safes. Good sized terrace to front and back, laundry room for guests use and lift to all floors. Awnings that can be rolled out for protection against the sun which was a bonus. Plenty of space for 4 wanting a room each. The air conditioning whilst effective is not individually controlled in each bedroom but two units for 4 bedrooms which caused a slight issue as one of us did not like a cold bedroom. Beds were hard apart from small double to the front and shower head cannot be held up in the back bathroom. Small points: information folder would be good, hairdryer, toiletries, and the plastic table to the front is discoured and could do with being renewed.

Apartamento ático muy amplio, con grandísimas terrazas en primera línea de playa, con vistas al mar y con limpieza diaria, algo excelente. Tiene algunas carencias: menaje de cocina muy escaso (también nos encontramos algunas cosas sucias), no hay lavavajillas, las alcachofas de la ducha no se pueden colgar porque los soportes están rotos, puertas que no se pueden cerrar porque no cierran o se atrancan y, los colchones, muy incómodos. Disponen junto con la limpieza, cambio de toallas y de sábanas. Reponen también jabón de manos y papel higiénico. Algo que le hace ganar puntos. Muy bien situado

En primera línea de costa en el famoso paseo maritimo de la Carihuela, en una zona que tiene mucho ambiente diurno con locales comerciales y servicios. El apartahotel tiene una categoría de dos estrellas y disponen de empleados con un total de una decena de apartamentos que disponen de amplia terraza, dormitorios, salon y cocina de tipo estuadio, precio de 60 euros la noche.
